He provides excellent customer service, knows his product(Chevy) and is willing to teach you everything you need to know about your vehicle. Lonnie R. Kept his word on everything! I was dreading purchasing a new car but Lonnie made the transaction smooth. We talked on the phone, discussed what I was looking for he found the perfect vehicle and sent me a video of the car. He had everything lined up so when I arrived the next day all I had to do was go on a test drive and sign the paperwork. Lonnie made us feel right at home. I can’t thank you enough for all you done!

Absolutely love the customer service at this dealership. The moment we hit the parking lot we were greeted and assisted on our journey to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesperson, Darius Tarvin, was courteous, professional and helpful. All staff we had the pleasure of interacting with were very nice. The place was very clean and they seem to foster a very welcoming environment. He takes their calls at night when he's home, Sundays, and even on vacations. He always has and I am proud of how honest and upfront he is with his customers. Henry made the process of buying a car easy and painless. We live out of town and he was able to provide all the information we needed up front and have the car ready for viewing and test drive when we arrived. We looked at quite a few dealerships, and Bessemer Chevrolet was by far the easiest to work with.
