Very disappointed with Town and Country again. My camper had a catastrophic tire failure on I-20 at the Bessemer exit. I limped into Town and Country to see if they could assist with putting on my spare. They would not so I waited 2 hours for my road assistance company to send help. All I needed was a jack and breaker bar at a tire repair facility that says they will repair any make or model. This is not my first time being disappointed with Town and County after spending lots of money with them.

Mary and the staff are very friendly. They get you in and out as quickly as possible, and have done a great job servicing my vehicles.

Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere with experience. They may be a little cheaper than others but when you have an issue with the work or products they do not back it up.

We've been using the Quick Lane here for several years. On top of working on a couple minivans and our Expedition, they're the only place I can find that will work on my 2005 Jaguar. They have no problem using parts I provide. The labor charges are very fair and reasonable to me.We will keep coming back here for all our services.
