I picked up my Equinox LT this afternoon. It looks fantastic!! For a minute, I thought I had the wrong vehicle!! The repair work is top notch and the detailing of the vehicle is fantastic..Thank you so much for making my vehicle look new!!!

I am so fed up with this shop. My car has been there for a month now. They keep telling me it will be ready today, tomorrow, etc. I'm at my worst end. Next stop is 6 on my side!!!???

I wish I could give a -0 review. Millie the new owner is very rude, unprofessional, and appear to have zero tact , as for as customer service. They kept my car for almost a month , for a diagnostic check. Initially I told to bring in at no charge, since the problem still existed from my initial service over a year ago... Fast forward the mechanic Rodney, never gave any concrete answers, and said it was quote " probably " in the motor. This was not what I was told initially by Logan, who no longer work there. I can see why!! After several intense conversations with Millie and Rodney, I got the car back , with no answers and no solution. Also, they serviced the car, and purposely would not give me an invoice , for what they had done unless I sign a waiver saying that I would not give them a bad review , or take legal actions .It appear that she does not want a paper trail for their poor and shoddy work. She actually accused me of lying about work that I had done previously to my car...i.e. having a motor installed . I have no reason to lie, and tried to explain to her that the car was still doing the exact same thing since the initial repair, in which I have documentations for their work . I was not told by Logan that it was a motor problem, but instead a sensor adjustment issue , each time I took it back... This is what i paid the labor cost for. When I inquired about why it was never mentioned initially, or any subsequent revisits, she got belligerent, advised me that I should have known to take it back to whomever installed the motor., then told me to pick the car up by a specific date, or they would charge for storage, and she still did not give me any proof of what they had done to my car. The poorest service ever, and I will be reporting to the BBB, and possibly more...
