Carter was my tech to see why my refrigerator was out & not cooling. He came very polite & worked very fast but careful. He was very adamant about handling my problem for the sake of my kids & I !!! Everything was resolved & im happy to have my fridge again thanks to Mr Carter ! Highly Recommend 10/10 Ask for Carter.
