I had an awesome experience at the Mavis in Bessemer. Greg and the team really took care of me. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and straight-up honest about what I needed. Greg explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel pressured at all.
The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and my car drives smoother than it has in a long time. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers.
If you need tires or any kind of service, definitely check out the Bessemer Mavis and ask for Greg—he’s the real MVP. I’ll for sure be back.

I was in a real crunch and needed my tire patched ASAP. The service was not only impressively quick and affordable, but the staff was top notch. Candice helped put everything in layman’s terms for me and was on the ball - she even called me after I left when I had forgotten my book in the lobby (which I never needed to open because the service was so quick). The facilities were also clean and warm on the cold, rainy day of my visit. I am so thankful I found this place. They felt trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my stress. Cannot recommend enough, seriously.

I’ve been a loyal Mavis Tire customer for years, and the reason is simple: Greg. He has always been honest, dependable, and genuinely invested in taking care of me and my family’s vehicles. I never worry about getting overcharged, talked into something unnecessary, or being treated like just another ticket number. He treats people right, feels like your best friend instantly, and his team follows his example every time.
I used to go to the Hwy 280 location solely because Greg was there — and now I drive to Bessemer, because anywhere he goes, that’s where my business goes. He consistently goes the extra mile, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the work is done correctly, safely, and fairly. Good people are hard to find, and Greg is one of those rare ones who builds trust and keeps it.
As long as Greg is at Mavis, I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
