I regret very much trusting these people. Maybe if they didn’t work on commission they would have an incentive to be honest? We’ll never know. Avoid these crooks at all cost.

The Trussville location wouldn’t help my husband when his phone wasn’t working. I called the Bessemer location (close to home) and they helped with no issues at all! He truly had us in and out within like 10 minutes. 10/10

So I currently have the z-fold4. Its time for me to upgrade so I went in to see the fold5. I went into the store where 3 sales people were sitting in a group and one of them greeted me. I told him I wanted to see the new fold5 he informed me that they didn't have one on display but they had some in stock in back. So he went to get the phone from the back for me to view at least that's what I thought. He brought the phone out and took the top part of the box of so I could see the phone in the black wrapping they come in. He then informed me that he COULD NOT unwrap the phone so I could see it, I was confused so I stated (so I would need to pay 1999 for a phone that I couldn't see?? He said yes! (I said that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard).. I will go to a Verizon store that care's about customer service.. I would recommend this store to anyone. Find someplace that's customer centric..

When I first went 2 this location I was pleased with what I saw, and how I was treated. But yesterday was something else. The employees were about to authorize something on my account without my permission. After a couple minutes I tell them 4get, gone ahead and release the number, but I still want another line on my account. Short and sweet, it didn't happen and they acted as if they wanted nothing to do with me. I live in Mccalla so this location is convenient for me. But to see a diversity in a store I guess I will be driving to Birmingham. THIS LOCATION SUCKS NOW AND IT DIDN'T JUST OVER A YEAR AGO.

I was greeted by the friendly staff @ Verizon. I went in looking for the ideal phone and package, and they set me up perfectly. I will highly recommend to friends and family.
