This location is awful. The Bankers are not friendly at. Not a good morning or good afternoon. Not how can I help you. The line is always long with 2 tellers. The young lady with the long braids on February 10th customer service skills are awful. Hire better people because they are very rude. I don't even want to give them ONE STAR.

I understand if simple transactions are preferred to be handled at the ATM, that’s fine. However, there is only one and the lines were long whereas there was no one at the drive up tellers. My grievance is that, during the process of informing me of the ATM services, I was questioned how much I needed to withdraw. It was difficult for the person to hear me and I felt uncomfortable having to speak up about something private that ultimately I just wrote down on a withdrawal slip anyway to initiate the transaction. All other banks already have transaction slips in the tube at the teller so that’s inconvenient. If i had to withdraw a significant amount and the wrong people were around then I just pointlessly gave away what I’m doing and how much. People have been robbed leaving banks, people have been arrested on suspicion for going extra lengths to conceal their bank transactions from ease droppers.Simply put a transaction slip in the tube that’s used to send things between the teller and banker and this problem is solved. There is no need for you to question my business until you receive the transaction slip that would have been completed had it been provided. Alternatively, since there’s twice the line for the ATM, than for the tellers, Maybe consider installing more drive up ATMs or converting one of the teller lines since they’re not used anyway.

After several disappointing visits I won't step foot in this branch in person any longer. They will not help you with a problem and act all put out having to deal with it. Also, on three separate occasions at the ATM the machine has been unable to accept a DEPOSIT? I can understand it may not be able to dispense cash at times for one reason or another, but a bank not accepting deposits is truly mind-bending. Then one day I was on the website and and saw an ad about their Streamlined Mortgage Refi. I dialed the number and after getting put on hold and transferred to a couple of different agents was told flatly, "We don't do streamlined refinances." I told her she might want to check their website and hung up. There are many financial institutions available to choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Wells Fargo.

The level of professionalism and customer service that I received at this branch is beyond any words. I came by to open a business checking account and was given so much inconsistent information. I was given an appointment as I was told I needed. I waited around the area for about an hour to make the appointment. Arrived at the appointment and waited more than 30 minutes still with no assistance. The branch manager as well as the loan officers were a complete dissatisfaction. I’m probably never visiting this branch again. I’ll drive to Birmingham before I go here again.

Spoke with a Female with the last name Smith (don’t remember her first name). She was very unprofessional and gave me false information in order not to have to do any work on a Saturday. I won’t be visiting this location again.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. The teller was helpful, friendly and professional. We have gone out of our way to come to this branch over other, closer branches. The process of handling our transactions related to moving homes has been very smooth.

After being a member of this bank since 1998 I am very displeased with the level of professionalism in this branch. Came in to ask about an auto loan which the worker told me they don’t do auto loans but to talk to the dealership about getting an auto loan through Wells Fargo... not much since there. Then asked about opening a joint account with someone who could not come in due to health issues. Was met with a rude tone and told that the person would have to be present or have the forms notarized and that they could notarize them if she was present. Once again making absolutely no sense. Overall displeased with this establishment and continually getting worse as time passes.

I deal with three different banks and this is by far the worst. I made a night deposit on February 15, 2020. There were two checks in the envelope. The deposit slip was filled out to reflect both checks. Only one of the checks was credited to our account. No one contacted us from the bank to let us know that the deposit slip amount was changed. Did not know until we got our back statement that the check was missing. I have been trying for over an hour to get some help, other than the automated, in this matter. They now tell me that they only keep the information for 30 days then it is sent somewhere else. Cannot get to talk to a human being about this problem. I will soon be transferring business to a bank where I can get proper service.

The ATM has “not accepted depoaits†or not been able to give money after hours for the last 3 weeks. I drive past three Banks to get here. What do you have to do to get the ATM to work?? If you don't want my money or won't give me access after hours I'll take my business elsewhere. Fix the ATM!!

Unprofessional. I would not recommend this bank (specifically this branch) due to poor customer service and false advertising. They advertise that they offer business accounts. But, the guy I had to deal with didn't even know how to open a business account. After I gave him my information twice, he appeared to be clueless about what he was doing. He said he would call me back but never did. The next person I spoke to about it was rude and no help either. On a side note, Wells Fargo also advertises through multiple mail offers. They promise you some free money from Wells Fargo when you open a checking account. But, this branch doesn't know anything about that either. Don't wast time at this branch. I took my business to a nearby competing bank that had no issues opening an account.
