The moving crew did a great job! Everything was moved/setup nicely, and everything they had to disassemble was put back together just as well as they found it. They made my moving experience into my new home go much smoother

Not a good experience. All of the planning up to the move date was great. Crew showed up with 1 less person than we were told. Crew immediately said they didn’t have the right truck or moving supplies and it would take multiple trips costing us more. The crew lead actually ask us “why we didn’t hire another company that specializes in moving an house like this?” Our move had been planned for weeks. Cost was $1000 more than the estimate provided. Mind you we spent 30 minutes going over every item two days prior. Furniture was not properly covered. Got on the phone with Keith the local manager, who made me feel like I was the idiot. No customer service skills and basically argued with me the whole time. Had no explanation for wrong truck, 3 person crew instead of 4.
If you want your nice things properly moved, stay away from this company

This company will break your stuff and not honor their insurance. Even if you have time stamped pictures of the moving day when it happened. Stay far far away from them

Let me start by saying, I usually don’t leave reviews BUT this crew: Mike, Jordan, Tony and Xavier was the best!!!
These gentlemen were just that! They were respectful of me as well as my things and were respectful of each other. They wrapped, secured and moved my entire home (2- 26ft trucks) into 4 storage units in under 7 hours. They listened to the overall need/goal at the beginning of the day and worked tirelessly to make it happen. They are phenomenal, amazing, attentive to detail, task driven, courteous and hard working !!!
This would not have been a success without them. I will absolutely request them again when I find my next home!!
Keep up the great work guys !!!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Michael for his outstanding professionalism and work ethic during my move. He was consistent polite, respectful, and diligent throughout the entire process. Wow, what can I say Tommy and Tyjavian are a great group of guy's, from beginning to end they were polite, respectful as well as time conscious. These guys moved everything that was needed within a blink of an eye without damaging from takedown to set. Seamless process and I highly recommend the company if you need moving experts.
