Went to this location this afternoon around 5pm and they had a sale going on which I happened to see walking by so I decided to go in. The workers on the floor were so sweet and helpful for the store to be so packed. My daughter and I got a good amount of items for Christmas gifts for others. After we left we went to Macys and I ended up buying one of the people I brought bath and body works for expensive cologne so I decided to run back to bath and body works to return three of the items. When I made it to the register I was greeted by a very rude lady who off the back came off aggressive and mean. I told her I wanted to return 3 items before I could finish my whole sentence she said yeah just put it up on the counter and give me the receipt. I was taken back by her bad attitude and handed her the receipt. But i'm mistakenly handed her the receipt from Macy's. Which she responded this ain't macys very rude and rolling her eyes. I then apologized and handed her the correct receipt. Before reading it all the way she claimed an item wasn't on the receipt and wanted to look through my bag and asked who rung me up which is on the receipt. After realizing my item was indeed on the receipt. She didn't even apologize or change her tone. She printed my new receipt slid it across the counter with and attitude. My daughter asked as we left the store why she was being so rude to me. I didn't want to make a scene so when I got in my car I called the store to speak with a manager turns out it's this lady. This company needs to do better with hiring managers and the employees were in better spirit and more professional than this lady. If my daughter didn't want to keep the stuff I would have returned everything. I will be reaching out to their hr department about this. If you work with the public you should know how to treat people especially as a manager. Unacceptable I will not visit this location again. In case corporate wants to look into exactly who it was I've attached a picture.

I took my mom here because she wanted to use her gift card that I got her for Mother's Day. The selection was about what I expected and my mom ended up purchasing new apple scented body wash, body cream and mist. It was easy to find things that were on sale. The customer service was good and I'll continue to go to this location to purchase products.

Wendy greeted us as my daughter and I walked in. She helped my 9 year old pick out a fragrance. She was super helpful and upbeat. After we left, my daughter kept bringing up how nice Wendy was so I wanted to give her a shout out!

Do not order online for pickup. The inventory at this store is incorrect and every order I have ever made to this store has been cancelled due to insufficient stock. Would not recommend

This particular store is very spacious and is extremely well stocked. They have a huge selection of all different types of products, from fragrance and body care to candles and home fragrances. The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful, as well. This is one of my favorite Bath and Body Works stores that I've ever shopped at. I'm glad that I randomly decided to stop in, when on my way home from a weekend class.
