My physical therapy at Benchmark in Hoover has been a very worthwhile and pleasant experience. The staff there is very professional, encouraging, helpful and likeable. Brandon Esleck and Mia Barraza made me feel welcome and were always eager to do whatever they could to help me get the great results that I obtained during my therapy there.Lydia, the receptionist is always very pleasant, capable and ready to assist patients in whatever ways that she can.Benchmark is very fortunate to have quality employees such as these. They all made my experiencethere very memorable.

Mia, Brandon, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They helped me after I had surgery to repair a torn meniscus. My knee feels great and stronger than before. Even when I was doing a work harding program before being cleared for work. The 3hrs I was there(3Xs a wk) was a blast. They know all the clients by 1st name and treat them with respect and care. They will get you back on your feet better than ever. But if you want results, you have to show up. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Amazing caring people who are motivated to helping you get better. Mia and Brandon are amazing Physical Therapist and they were very supportive and listened to any concerns I had. We reviewed what had happened between visits and the made adjustments to work on areas I needed assistance with. They are serious about what they are doing but they also have a way of keeping it positive while helping you.Mia is an amazing Physical Therapist and really took an interest in me and what I was struggling with. Always positive and supportive……if I had pain or discomfort afterwards she took the time to work on those areas to get me relief before I left.From the time you sign with Lydia you feel like you’re welcome and appreciated. Always greeting you and asking how you were.Thank you Mia, Brandon and Lydia. You all made my experience enjoyable. I never felt like a number but a friend.I would highly recommend them for your Physical Therapy needs.Mickey

Everything.. its a phenomenal crew running the Benchmark PT of Hoover!! Departing from Brandon, Mia, and Lydia was bitter sweet and I can’t forget about the techs. They made such a pain staking experience worth the while. Not only was my development wonderful under their care but they made me feel like family day in and out, consistently every appointment. Never thought Id come to love PT if I must say I sincerely looked forward to my Tuesday, Thursday and Friday appointments … TAKE ME BACK GUYS!!! 7 am crew!!

I have been a patient/client with Benchmark physical Therapy throughout the last few years with a broken foot and 2 knee replacements. Karen, Brandon and Brady are excellent therapist, they were patient and worked with me at my speed. They provided me with a lot of knowledge equipping me with the skills to continue long after PT ends. I would like to thank all the members of the Hoover Benchmark Team for such an excellent job.

I sustained a serious concussion/TBI on July 6th. It affected my vestibular system, which controls balance and dizziness. The dizziness was awful!!! I couldn't drive ,or do anything without getting dizzy. I was sent to Benchmark for therapy. First .. everyone there was awesome, and customer service is phenomenal. Karen was my therapist. Whatever magic she did in one session, made my dizziness go away. Thank you so much Karen .. I would highly recommend Benchmark if you need therapy.

I absolutely love this team of knowledgeable professionals. Starting From The first time I walked through the door I felt welcomed and that had set the tone for every followed therapy session.I can sincerely say that they understand that besides the physical recovery the mental and social aspects to a person progress are equally important.I can not compare this benchmark location to any other physical therapy office for I have only had the pleasure of dealing with this establishment. What I can tell you is that if you choose to be assisted by a great, friendly and knowledgeable teamBrady, Karen, Aisha and Tina will be more than happy to help.

Brady and Karen are both wonderful therapists and I'm so glad I chose Benchmark to do my rehab. My therapy turned out to be both beneficial and fun. The one on one they give you is just what's needed to get you back to where you need to be. I'll recommend Benchmark to anyone I know. It was a great experience.

I have been a client of BenchMark Physical Therapy in Hoover several times in past years undergoing rehabilitation from several different surgical procedures and injuries I have suffered. I have asked different physicians to write my "orders" for physical therapy to this specific BenchMark facility as I have always received excellent care, instruction and rehabilitation. During my most recent sessions at Hoover BenchMark, therapists I have worked with in the past had been assigned to other locations but I was very fortunate to be assigned to Karen Cross for this round of rehabilitation. I had been suffering (literally) for well over a year with chronic lower back pain. After a battery of tests (MRI, ultrasound, etc.) my primary care physician (Dr. Rebecca Miller) and a neurosurgeon prescribed physical therapy to see if my condition would improve. Karen was very friendly and cheerful but also listened carefully and attentively as I described the pain I had been experiencing. We started slowly as she developed a series of exercises that would eventually strengthen my "core" muscles which she believed was the root cause of my lower back pain. Karen was kind, very pleasant and cheerful but very persistent as she followed my performance of the prescribed exercises. She insisted I adhere to the form prescribed executing each movement. Karen could communicate as much with a raised eyebrow as many people could accomplish by yelling. It was a pleasure working with her. After a little over three months' of three-times-a-week appointments, I am very pleased with the results I have achieved with Karen's instructions, guidance and persistence. I can now walk appreciable distances comfortably, I can stand comfortably for over two hours and i can perform all necessary "projects" around our house without serious pain. Perhaps best of all, I enjoy playing golf again and I am hitting the ball significantly farther than I was four months ago! (Accuracy remains an issue.) Interactions with other members of the staff at BenchMark Hoover were all equally pleasant. Brady, Asia and Avery were there most of the days I had appointments. They're a happy, friendly, cheerful and courteous crew and I enjoyed occasionally working with each of them while Karen was my primary therapist. Let me try to summarize with this: I will be 78 years old next week. Four months ago I did not think I would ever have the freedom of movement and freedom from pain that I have today. I am very grateful to Karen Cross and the other members of the BenchMark Hoover staff for their knowledge, skill, expertise and support. If I ever need physical therapy again, I know where I will go.
