Sold a 65' Vizio color TV and could find ac power cord
Called them up gave the model number' and boom swung by picked up cord put on TV ' works like a charm!!!

Don't trust a salesmen, I was lied to 3 times. Nothing he said was true and It cost me money and time trying to recover that loss. Crazy woman in customer service tried to blame me for trusting the ignorant sales rep. they should have refunded my loss based on his lies. I had to ask for help the 3 or 4 times I went in the store looking. After pushing and pushing and threaten to go to small claims court I got $25. Customer service was joke. It took me about 6 hours to rectify the issue and i just took a loss.. I just bought two TVs this year from them.

I wish I could score this place in the negatives. Negative -0. If you have a camera and need to get it fixed with Geek Squad… DON’T GO! Worst customer service ever. The communication is very off where you have to keep calling them multiple times just to get someone on the phone. I bought a Sony zv1-f camera AND got insurance for it for them to tell me that they can’t fix it nor replace it. Now I’m out of pocket of a whole $500+ camera and insurance!! Money gone down the damn drain!!!

The sales staff took such a long time with me because I had particular things I required in a laptop that were not easy to find. The young lady showed no impatience with me as we would see nearly all my requirements and fall short on one or two. She diligently searched the different manufacturers, and we finally found one with minimal compromise. That kind of customer service is rare but very necessary when you want a good piece of equipment. Two thumbs up for Karmy at the Trussville Best Buy!!

I called Best Buy and to ask a couple of questions regarding why my TV was not working. I somehow got a person in Ohio. I am in Alabama. I just wanted to write a very positive review about the service I received. The person that helped me was Herbert Hatter.
He was beyond kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes in life you just get in touch with people who seem to care. Herbert was that guy. Thank you so much Herbert. People like you are the reason I shop at Best Buy and will continue to do so in the future.

Got some really great cyber week deals for Christmas presents. I got my mom a 65" Samsung TV and replaced the one my son broke. Phone cases my daughter had been wanting and an air fryer for my Pops. I got the majority of my gifts to give Thanks Best Buy! I will recommend you to everyone needing the best prices on tech computers TV or gaming. If you are looking for gifts or personal buys there is something for everyone. Great customer service in store and by phone.. Best Buy is definitely the best place to shop
