Used to be a good car wash. Last 2 visits, quality of wash was terrible. Wash did not clean my car. Had to use the towels and water to clean my car. Vacuums have debris blocking the force to vacuum well.

They don't do interior and charge $35. This is outrageous. I am not coming to this place again.

I’ll say this, regular are great but the manager has been rude on two different occasions. Additionally, got a wash today as a member…went through and noticed the main overhead brush was turned off( that covers hood, windshield, top, back glass)…asked the manager about it..to which she replied “you have rack! There’s no main brush if you have a rack!” So…you’re telling me 1/3 of the wash is gone if you have a roof rack?! Silly, 1/3 of vehicles have a roof rack. Come up with a better option. On top of that, blue rain is raising their price 3 months after I signing on as member…there’s too many good car washes out there to 1. Be rude. 2. Not wash the main part of your vehicle. I’ll looking elsewhere for my wash.

I got the $18 wash. It was pretty terrible. I have no idea if the more expensive washes are better.

My husband and I have a monthly pass. We bought it because when this business first opened it was great.We are thinking of canceling our subscription because lately every time either of us go our car does not get clean. There is always soap left on the hood, roof and back of our cars. The big dryer does nothing but move the water around. The vacuums either don’t work or the nozzle falls off. They did just get new towels but often there isn’t enough.I am really disappointed in the quality. I am not sure what happened.

At Blue Rain Car Wash in Hoover, Alabama, the impeccable integrity, respect, and hard work of every employee make it my top choice. I recall the day I was offered a ladder for an extra thorough clean—a testament to their dedication. Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. Spray bottles always filled. Towels available...To Brad, the owner: Their stellar service deserves financial acknowledgment in the form of a bonus or a well-earned pay raise. These people need to be recognized (which I've done) and rewarded (which you can do) for the outstanding effort they consistently put into their work!!!Love you all!Jessica (with the crazy kids ?)

To day my wife went to the Blue Rain on 280.She chose the "bug clean" add on with her wash.FWIW : My experience with this add on has been the car is prepped before getting onto the car wash track.The car was not prepped and she was directed to the tunnel track.When she asked about bug prep and the windshield she was told "I'm trying to get you on the track".So needless to say, the bug add on was not done and was she not offered any option to come back around for it to be done.So after cleaning the inside of her car, my wife decides to go back through line because she is NOT happy with the lack of bug cleaning.The people working the wash again scold her - this time for not going the right way to come back through tunnel again.The bug prep is added to the front end of her car and the wind-shield.The worker then programs the tunnel to NOT re-wash the car...just rinse the bug prep off.Once again - my wife feels like she has been treated like an imbecile over just trying to get the service she has paid for at car wash.Will be taking my business to the other car washes in the area - at least they seem to know what customer service is about and how to treat people.

Blue Rain Carwash is the best thing to happen to Highway 280 in Birmingham , AL with regards to a car wash. My vehicles are always clean after the wash and I am most pleased with the results. They have several promotions each year that I enjoy as well.I highly recommend them!

Half the mechanics were broken so one entire side of my car wasn't touched. My tires were also still filthy. This car wash is a waste of time and money.Who ever opens a GOOD car wash around Liberty Park/Greystone will be a multi-millionaire. Until then, I'll begrudgingly keep washing in the driveway.

Spend $20 on a Carwash to still have to hand dry and wash soap off my car I have given this place one too many chances, equipment doesn’t work half the time. Last time I ever use this brand of tunnel wash, sad thing is it’s not like they don’t make killer margin either.

Terrible car wash. I paid for the deluxe wash. I had to go back through the automated wash because of the amount of soap left on my vehicle. My tires appeared dirtier after the car wash then prior too. The cleaning spray was obviously nothing more than colored water. GO ELSEWHERE!! There’s plenty of car washes in this area that are way better.

My daughter's car had not been washed is a very long time so I found a deal on Groupon to go here...the manager Richard was so kind helping me to use the coupon. Then after coming out of the tunnel, I used all the things they provide (towels, window cleaner, and vacuum) to finish the job. Richard saw how hard I was working, came over and helped me make it sparkle even more...so so kind! Wish I had cash on me to give him a tip to say Thank you, but either me or my daughter will be back and will show our appreciation.

I’ve always came here, but today I had such a great experience! This nice man came and offered to clean my tires for me. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was so sweet! And my tires look fabulous! ?

Absolutely irritating. Signed up for a membership and had issues for both May and June. Signed up on on April 18th for the 2 car plan. First, they charge the membership at 2 different times. One was charged every month on the 18th. The other was charged on the 22nd. So, now, we have to wait for 2 different charges. In May, for some reason the SAME thing happened. Someone eventually called me and finally got the issue corrected. Well, this month , June, we tried to go through and it said the card was invalid so we gave up and paid for it. When I called a customer service employee said that the main car should have had access (it didnt). Then proceeded to tell me the second car was terminated from the account. She said the card was supposedly charged the 18th and 19th but didn't go through. (Funny that the same card for both cars had $1000+ and the bank says no attempts had been made by the car wash AT ALL.) When I asked to cancel she made the remark that only one car was showing affected on the account. I tried to explain it was both cars but she wasn't understanding that.Not to mention, only certain parts of the car are cleaned unless you go first thing in the morning and multiple vacuums don't have enough pull to pick anything up.I'm going to Mister Clean. At least my car will be clean and I won't have to fight them to take my money.Don't waste your time or money on a membership unless you want to fight with them.
