I bought a brand of bike that Cahaba did not carry from another state. Despite that, Cahaba still serviced the bike like I had purchased it from them. They went above and beyond in getting a light and computer mount to work on the bike.
Fast forward 2 years and I had a warranty claim on the frame of the bike. Despite not carrying the brand, they made a warranty claim for me, received the replacement frame, did a full build on the new frame, and did it in record time. They have also kept another store open after hours for me when I was competing in a ride the next day and needed assistance.
In sum, the Homewood employees are fantastic and are always eager to assist. They have made me a life long customer.

My experience with Cahaba Cycles Homewood was simply fantastic. Chris was awesome to work with, taking time to answer my questions and he recommended a couple different bikes to suit my riding goals. We found the perfect option at an excellent price! Overall wonderful experience!

I’m one of the many triathletes having to learn to travel with my bike again since Tribike Transport is no more. Chris in service and Charlie were SO helpful and patient in helping me relearn how to remove my pedals and my rear wheel and put them back on as I haven’t had to do that for myself much at all in years! I flew with my bike to Atlantic City and was able to take care of my bike unpacking and repacking myself! May not sound like a big deal but it is to me! And as always Chris Tyree made sure everything was in good working order?

I had a great experience with Cahaba Cycles the other day, and specifically with Chris, Chris and Charlie. (Apparently there’s another Chris, but he wasn’t there!) I’m an avid cyclist, and I almost never need a bike shop for repairs or maintenance, as I do them myself. Just last week, I was replacing the bottom bracket on my carbon fiber Trek, and with carbon fiber, the bearing assembly is press fit, and you want to take extra care. You need a special tool to extract the bottom bracket and then press in the new one, and while the bearings came out fine, the bearing cups just wouldn’t, and I was breaking off little pieces of them, every time I tried to get them to slide out. I took my bike to Cahaba Cycles, explained the problem, and in 2 minutes, Chris the mechanic had gotten the cups out, cleaned up the cavity, and my problems were over! They were great, in every way. Thank you, guys!
