Macy’s has dropped the ball on customer service. I went today around lunchtime to get some make up from Lancome could not get anyone to wait on me. I started to ask someone do I look like I’m invisible plus they have music that’s busting loud. You can’t hear yourself. Think I will not shop at this Macy’s anymore. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 30 years. This is really a big disappointment.

I would have to say that this mall is top-notch I actually got my biker jacket from this mall. And being out of town or it was a great experience.
