I had to get my car worked on after an accident and when I picked it up today it looked like the accident never happened. Randi is the best and her and her team kept me updated the entire time. Would definitely recommend especially for Mercedes Benz!

The people at Classic Car Motoring have been absolutely wonderful. Everybody has been great, but the people at the front office have been nothing short of lovely. Always polite, on top of things, know exactly what is going on, and willing to work with the client. I can't thank them enough for their patience.

Wow! When I walked into Classic Car Motoring, I was blown away. I’ve never seen a business like this before. When you think body shop or collision center, you get an idea of a smaller place full of dust and grumpy workers. This place is the exact opposite! It’s immaculate and massive at 140,000 sqft (I checked), and everyone was unbelievably friendly! As I was walking around to learn more about the business, as I need my Tesla worked on, they mentioned they offer paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coatings. I’m going to be making an appointment!

I called to find out more about the estimate process. I was instructed to come between 8-4. Upon arrival, I was informed they no longer work on maserati cars. The first question I was asked by the receptionists was what type of car did I have. That could've been asked over the phone before I drove 30 minutes from Shelby county.

I recently wrecked my car into my girlfriend's car and this was the best place recommended to get it estimated and fixed by the pros they mainly deal with exotic and high-end cars so I asked where's the best place to get the best parts in the best labor and I was pointing to this place# worth every penny

I took my car for repair and i was told that my car was not going to be maybe a couple hundred dollars after insurance paid, they part. my car came up to thousands of dollars over after insurance paid part. i think this is price gouging. Have it happened to you.

They offer collision repair, paint protection film and high end auto transports. I have used them for all three services and they do incredible work. If you want your vehicle repaired so that no one can tell it then go here! If you want paint protection film that cannot be seen, use them. If you want your vehicle transported in the most secure and safest manner, CCM should be your choice. It is a family owned business that treats their customers like family.

I don't ever write reviews, but I wanted to give my honest feedback because I would've wanted the same thing when I was looking for a shop.Classic Car Motoring is a well known shop in the Birmingham area, however their work/service falls short of that reputation. It seems to me Classic’s focus is not on providing exceptional service, but rather servicing to ONLY individuals of a certain net worth. My vehicle was at their shop for over 7 months, only to come to the conclusion that my car was totaled. During that time period, 9/10 of the times I was the one contacting them for updates, only to be given what seemed to be fabricated excuses as to why it kept having to be pushed back. In my opinion and based on my experience, this shop is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and has a total disregard for timeliness, urgency, customer service, and honesty. After everything settled with my insurance, I unsuccessfully tried for over 2 weeks to get ahold of Classic to understand what happened before writing this negative review only to see what appears to be a lack of any regard for taking care of customers in hopes they return. I wish I had known before what I know now and I would strongly advise AGAINST anyone using this shop and to look elsewhere. I won’t be returning, nor do I ever recommend anyone else to either, so that they can avoid this headache of a shop.Service: Body & Trim
