Mrs. Dee Carvalho, is phenomenal! I had stopped to see if I could get my wife wedding ring repaired, she lost one of her diamonds out of the cluster in her wedding ring. So, I sat down for a few minutes and was approached by Mrs. Dee, by the time she finished with me, I was astounded by the imagination and creativeness she came up with! I was beyond words and smiling from one ear to the ear. I thought that the repair & redesign would take weeks or months, but it was not even five days, she called me and told me to bring the Mrs., cause it was completed. When my wife saw it, I thought she was in shock, she loved it and so did I. The finish product blew us away, it was more than I could fathom up. So beautiful. They not only repaired the ring, but removed all the smaller diamonds and replaced it with a much bigger pear shape diamond that could be spotted from 15 tables away (smile Ken) I just want to thank Mrs. Dee and her team, for taking the time to make this ring more beautiful than ever!

Service: you have to wait to be let inside. Greeted by locked doors. The lady at the front desk doesn't say a word just points her finger when you're allowed to go inside. Second, you're greeted by another lady that acts as a host at a restaurant and takes down your name and asks what you're looking for. This serves absolutely no purpose as we tell her we are looking for men's wedding bands so she points us to the back of the building. We look around and wait 15-20 mins before being acknowledged by any sales staff. One older gentleman was standing behind the counter looking directly at us, helping no one, and never said a word to us or asked if he could help. Once we got the attention of a sales representative, we told him we wanted to look at a few men's wedding bands. So he helped us try on a few. Once we got down to what we were looking for and style, budget, etc, this is where it really went south. We mentioned we had liked another ring at Jared's and asked if they had it. They acted appalled that we even mentioned Jared's and immediately began talking about the poor quality that ring must have been compared to their rings. They asked us how much that ring was and we told them under $500. That's when the salesman pulled out a dusty box of tungsten rings and said well this is about all I have and he did not recommend any of them. He said if we go that route then we could just order them offline and make sure we buy 2 or 3 because of the poor quality of the rings. I was under impressed with the overall experience. The staff did not seem like they were interested in truly helping us unless we wanted to spend over $1,200 on a men's wedding and. They were not helpful. I would not recommend based on our experience here. They are quick to move on the next customer when things do not go their way. They had a larger selection of wedding bands which is what peaked our interest but the customer service experience was unsatisfying.

My husband (an African-American Male) was racially profiled last night at the store by the security guard Stephen. I was not with my husband when he went to the store on last night, but all I could do was cry from the story when he came home to tell me about it. My husband and I are both educators and school leaders. We have spent close to 10k if not 10k at the store for our wedding bands and everything is paid in full. (No lingering balance). Even though they danced around what happened and didn't give a full apology to my husband... thank God I have the sweetest husband in the world. He handled the situation with class unlike the people at the store. They are very fortunate that I wasn't present because I would have called the news. We won't EVER spend another dime with them. Also they called me today on 0/15 for a fake investigation trying to make my husband and I out to be liars to save their image. I gave them a piece of my mind and told them to never pick up the phone to call me ever again!! They are liars and disgusting!! I do not recommend any one of African American descent to shop here EVER!! They are class less, individuals! It's sickening!!

My fiancé got my ring from Diamonds Direct and had a wonderful experience! Gerald is the BEST! My ring is better than I could’ve dreamed, and Gerald helped my fiancé tremendously throughout the process of choosing it. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. We went back so I could meet Gerald and we could show him how the ring looked on.

Gerald Matherly assisted us today on our visit to look at wedding bands. He gave us a lot of options and gave us a different perspective on ring shopping. The customer service was good but they weren't able to deliver on the purchase as promised. They took longer than initially expected, then had to send the ring back to their jeweler and when it came back the ring was still not what it was supposed to be. We ended up getting a refund for the purchase. We then had to wait on a check which was sent by overnight courier (took 2 days) even though we paid cash. The ordeal took about 2 months on a transaction that was supposed to take about 2 weeks. This was supposed to be for a 10th Anniversary gift.

AMAZING SERVICE! My husband wanted me to give him some options on a ring guard/enhancer as an anniversary present. He looked at the times wrong and wegot there at 6:50 when they were closing at 7. When we realized the mistake, we offered to come back a different day, but they insisted that we come in to look. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name who helped us. She was so sweet and helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all! She helped us like she had all the time in the world. I know how it is when you've worked all day and are just ready to go home, so this really said a lot about her customer service. They had a wide variety of rings to look at. They soldered my engagement ring to the new one and I could not be more happy with it!
