2/1/24driver delivers to garage delivery instructions not followed, items damaged in rain until box placed in correct profile location after complaints filed with FedEx Corporate, BBB. Terrible service‼️ 2/2/24 driver placed in the location as profile stated.

They are the worst. Bad experience from beginning to end. I received a notice that they tried to deliver a package requiring signature to my house but were unable to because no one was home. I literally got the notice sitting on my couch at my house. They absolutely lied. No one knocked on the door or rang a doorbell. So now I’m stuck in the endless cycle of not being able to get my package because they are making up fictitious stories about attempted deliveries.Moreover, despite explicit and registered delivery instructions that they deliver to my front door, they repeatedly will dump box s without our knowledge in our back driveway behind our vehicles. It’s a miracle we haven’t run over shipments.When I tried to address these issues with customer service over the phone (because you cannot address customer service issues via their app), customer service essentially blamed me for my problems and they would do their best to attempt delivery again the next business day, despite the fact I needed the item several days ago.In my opinion, they are liars and the worst delivery service out there. I strongly do not recommend them. I’d rather deliver something by carrier pigeon. I’m certain it would be more reliable and honest.

FedEx is the worse!! Will never deliver my packages. Always claims no one is home or they delay! You call the Irondale shipment center and get zero help!! The absolute worse!!!!

Every package that this company delivers never gets to the correct address they refuse to rectify the issue and make sure that drivers know how to get here. I have called in the past, hours before delivery to give clear instructions and they still delivered to wrong place. When ordering online and you can not choose delivery method it is very frustrating. Beware when choosing this carrier.

Two weeks ago a package of meds for mother was supposed to have been delivered. The delivery driver lied and said he tried to deliver. Never heard a knock on the door. Had to call and chew them out to get the package delivered. Today, October 14th, I am expecting a delivery, which was said to be out for delivery. And then it was changed to delayed until Monday. Again, the delivery driver lied and said he tried to deliver. Again mother was at the door and never heard a knock. Apparently the delivery drivers do not know how to use a GPS or are more interested in watching football instead of satisfying the customers!

I had to drive all the way to this location to pick up my package. The lazy driver put my business address didn't exist in the system even though I had deliveries and pickups before for almost a year now… highly disappointed. Customer service was very nice.

I've been without internet for two weeks because my AT&T system gets to Irondale and then gets returned to sender. I can't get past their very unhelpful automated answer system and they've sent two boxes back. They don't attempt delivery just send it back with no explanation or attempt to reach out.

This is for FedEx ground not express. I’ve had a package stolen by an employee last Friday. I’ve gotten a run around for days and poor excuses. There’s no accountability. My package was labeled “out for delivery” 3 days in a row. And last scan said it was at the facility. After driving around and phone calls. I was finally told they “lost” my package. Just so happen it got lost on a Friday after it gotten scanned 3 times for out for delivery. There’s more to this and it’s pitiful how little FedEx will help with this. Good job having pitiful sorry employees.

The young lady at the counter was SO extremely sweet and patient! I had to drive an hour after visiting multiple other locations and she truly made it all worth it!

Hard to find without GPS, clearly an industrial shipping center, this is where the nearest retail FedEx sent me to drop off my phone return because they don't train staff to handle boxes with batteries inside, despite it being in an Office Depot that literally sells many products with batteries inside.

I have a small package that has been at their facility for a week now. "Customer not available or business closed - Access is controlled by customer" is what they keep updating and that is 100% false! Any company that dishonestly puts the blame on their customers is not worthy of anyone's business.
