1 star because I had a delivery scheduled that wasn't delivered. I had to contact them to find out why. The delivery driver never picked it up.
Update: I picked it up myself.

Bought an Echo leaf blower at Home Depot for est. over $200.00. It quit charging up after a year . I only used less than 20 hours a year. It’s a defeat charger and Home Depot would not back up the warranty. I’m retired and used it maybe once a month for no more than 20 minutes a time, once a week during summer season. Don’t buy this product from Home Depot. Home Depot does Not back up what they sell!!!! Will post every day until I die!!!!

This location is horrible! If I could leave zero stars I would! I went online and made an order for delivery. Items were missing and at first, I was okay, mistakes happen. I called customer service and they stated that the store would take care of everything the next day! No calls or emails from the store at all and I really needed the items to complete a project. I called the store and was hung up on by multiple employees every time they stated “please hold, only a manager can authorize the request”. I called back and they literally sat the phone down and never came back to it. I stayed on hold for 25 minutes just to see how long it would take. Still no one said anything. This is ridiculous and a disregard to a customer. No worries though, I will never shop at Home Depot again. I’ll take my money to Lowe’s where you do get good customer service from the company as a whole!
