They are nice and even gave me a coupon. I would recommend to go there if your gothic themed or similar to that style.

Went to pick up an order and stood under the sign that said mobile pick up order. Two employees were right under the sign, so I stood behind them. They were too busy talking to help me. Once the lady ringing up a customer finished and turned around and saw me, she helped. Well the item I purchased was a little big, I noticed they had the same one in store, just a smaller size so I exchanged it. They acted like I was inconveniencing them to exchange the item and tried not honor the online price I gave for it. All around this hot topic had rude employees(where did the southern hospitality go?). I won't return.

Fun store! There is always something there that either me or my daughter just have to have! Also if you sign up online they offer discounts and text you coupons that you can use in store.

I know the store is doing the best they can, but it is almost impossible to navigate the tight spaces with all the displays. The layout is ok, but there is so much merchandise and no space for customers.
