Just tried to renew prescription, via telephone. They said my number was not used with this persception. I call BS only # I have used in 7 years. Then at 2:30 they said closed for lunch.
This is the worst Publix pharmacy we have used. I will be moving to Walmart across the street. This prescription is also supposed to be on auto fill.

Wow!! What an amazing team of people. They really go out of the way to help and answer questions no matter how trivial. Started using this as my local pharmacy and it sure the heck beats the other pharmacies in the area. I’ve been so used to using independent pharmacies but not anymore! Thank you Publix Valleydale Pharmacy!

This pharmacy staff is always polite and on top of things. As will as my meds, I have gotten my flu and covid vaccinations here and they are professional and very knowledgable. I will definitely keep my prescriptions here.

Staff here is super friendly! I was able to get some snacks here and find the elusive Watermelon Mountain Dew here. This is a great place to shop!

This is the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. In the past when I had a couple of rude experiences, I thought it was just the one employee. However, I had a negative experience today with another. I was simply letting the employees know that I had called about about my prescription, not expecting them to have it yet - just as a heads up so they would know that was me. The woman jumped on me with, “Ma’am, we’ve been really busy today!,” and the disdain in her face and tone was degrading.
