I've lived down the road from publix Caldwell crossings location where I had my home built in 2004 a very wealthy area. I've been going to this location for many years.. and I never had any problems.. things have changed... !!! I would recommend nobody go to this store location !! just go to Walmart across the street..my son has a disability.. he's Autistic... and the heavy set woman by the name of Nichole who works the front end is miserable and always making comments about my 14 year old son who is disabled he is afraid to even come into the store he's about to start high-school at spain park..how dare you !!allow someone like Nichole to work at publixs and treat my son like this its been going on for months..I'm fed up with her and the way she makes my son feel!! I've spoken to the manager Ms Spark but nothing is getting
done.. I will be speaking to my attorney reguarding this discrimination and I'm contacting the CEO Kevin Murphy / Todd Jones ...

Staff in the aisles, cash registers, pharmacy, behind the meat, seafood, bakery/ food service areas seem consistently service oriented and customer friendly. Makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. 👏👍🤝👏

Never dissatisfied with this place. Great food, and better service. Produce is always fresh and neat. There's usually a veteran helping out bagging or stocking which is another plus. Number #1.
