Major shoutout to Ms Elaine! My husband needed steel toe boots for his new job. We had been to a store that sells red wing boots that met requirements of his work voucher. He felt like he was settling for them. However, Ms Eliane came in & was incredibly nice! She scanned his feet & got him a comfortable pair in about 10 minutes. He is SO happy with them and we are so so grateful to her being so kind to him. 10/10 recommend going to the red wing store for any of your steel toe boot needs.

Small little boot and shoe store, but BIG in service and top shelf quality! They also sell genuine leather belts, and boot and shoe sole inserts. Erica was the salesperson who dud a fantastic job helping me find my next pair of workbooks! I definitely recommend this shop!

Disappointed in boot quality and customer service. When you spend $300 on a pair of work boots, you expect them to last, especially when you only wear them occasionally. Red wing is not what it used to be. Store service was not helpful. Oh well, just another customer lost for life.

Ordered exactly what I needed. They had the boots in store in just two business days. Customer service was excellent. They spent a lot of time to make sure I got fitted correctly!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. After trying on several pair of boots, I eventually went home to order a pair from their website. Decided to exchanged that pair in store. Process was very smooth and staff was very communicative.

Wow! I must say there are very few times and far in between that I come across an experienced person that carries a level of professionalism about themselves as I did today meeting the store manager of the Pelham Red Wing, Elaine Cox! I’m no stranger to having boots on my feet having on multiple landscaping company in the past. However, I Learned so much more about my walking pattern side and other things I literally had no idea about due to the technology They provide. Thank you so much again and I can’t wait to come back Friday for my second pair of boots. If you’re gonna like me, stuck on the same name brand, please step out your comfort box and give them a shot your feet will thank you!
