I’ve only shopped at this location twice and will not come back customer service is rude from cashier #249918 girl with red dreads I stepped outside to speak with someone in leadership the cashier came outside interrupting our conversation she needs to be trained on her demeanor and customer service

This is one of the worst Ross locations I have ever visited. Entire sections of shelving and merchandise missing. Very sparsely stocked shelves. Not sure why Ross is still open here TBH.

The Store needs more Staff, At checkout you stand in line forever waiting!! A Customer Service Area is needed for items being returned.

The DM is great at belittling employees. I have recording of him yelling at SM in the office area while shopping health and beauty. He ran the best SM the store had saw in years and who was willing to put in the time and effort to make this store better off. James is a compete joke
