What a great experience buying my first real mattress from a store that knows their business. Josh was my sales rep, straight up he Really knows his business. Absolutely no pressure sales, no up-selling, and best of all the Sleep Number Mattresses really sell themselves. This purchase is an investment in my sleep that I waited way too long to do. For so long I was able to just sleep on anything, but now at 65 this bed is going to make a difference.

This place is the epitome of customer service. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job explaining things. We asked literally a million questions and he patiently and expertly answered them all. Great experience, we'll be customers for life.

My Review:Sensors malfunction regularlyOnce or twice a week our bed doesn't recognize one or both of us when we get into bed. This began a month or so after the bed was delivered. I called several times and spoke with customer support but the issue persists. Considering buying a remote because I am tired of getting up and turning my phone on to manually set the bed to our preferred numbers. Now the remotes have been discontinued online and in store due to being out of stock; they can only be ordered through customer service over the phone.Sleep Number reply: Thank you for submitting a review. Nate, at your Hoover store, was the bomb! No high pressure sales...just very informative and thorough! He knows his stuff, for sure! I've never had so much fun, nor have I felt so comfortable spending 10k! Btw...you need to give that man a raise!!! He deserves it!

so we ordered a bed and had to wait on it to come, which i completely understand. when it did come in the delivery was set up for a certain day. we got a confirmation and the time frame the day before for delivery, and we prepared it to come in the house. of course, this ment to get rid of a bed to make room for the new big one. the day of delivery a few hours before they were suppose to be there, they call and said it was canceled and it will another 2 weeks. when we called to get the back up plan because 2 weeks was not an option we were transfered around and holds for 2 and half hours. all they say is we are sorry but you will have to talk to anoher person. they do not care or know how to talk to people. they will not help someone out or take care of a situation. do not buy from them because after the sale you will not get help.

Nick was awesome in the store. The delivery team was horrible. Was planning on purchasing more beds from sleep number but Brandon has ruined it. I have never dealt with a delivery person so disrespectful. They also lied to me when I asked for Brandon not to be apart of the process. I tried to get on the same page with him and start fresh. That didn’t even help. Not even sure why it turned out the way it did. He was extremely defensive and challenging. Had to get my husband involved to gain some kind of respect just to get the job done. I willNever order form sleep number again.

The new store (after their leaving the Galleria Mall) is much larger, cleaner, and has all the latest beds and accessories in stock and on display. Getting to the location is super easy from I-459 but leaving is a bit complicated because of the intersection with large cross traffic volume. The real issue to talk about is Josh and Nathan "Nate" Casimir... their knowledge of the products, professional attitude, friendly demeanor, and the memory of their customers' lives, likes, and situations is phenomenal. Based solely on these two gentlemen we followed them to their new location even if others are closer to my house. These two employees are true assets to Sleep Number and are models of customer service excellence! Keep at it, guys!

What a great experience. Josh Foxworth knew his mattresses and because we have purchased a Sleep Number in the past we were able to get discounts we didn't even know about. The new store is beautiful and we left happy with our purchase and with two very nice pillows ($5.00 total) to add to our bed when it arrives. Very happy with the customer service and help looking at all the options in our budget. We also received free delivery to celebrate the opening of their new store. Can't wait to get our new mattress. When we arrived at this beautiful, new store in Stadium Trace Village in Hoover, we were met by NATE CASIMIR. He was so friendly, receptive, knowledgeable and patient. The store is so nice, perfect location and extremely knowledgeable staff. Nate was so personable and really took care of us. Thank you NATE!
