I really don't know where to start. Been doing business with STM since they opened and have had nothing but problems. We understand mistakes happen but not EVERY WEEK! You can NOT count on these guys to get you what you order and its just excuse after excuse. Have lost money and customers due to not getting what we ordered. They promise things are gonna change but they never do. 4-5 years we have been hanging in there in the hopes that it would get better but no...Still just a crapshoot. The sales rep doesn't care and won't even answer the phone when we have a problem. Haven't spoken to him in a year or so now.. The ONLY good thing i can say it that they have one of the BEST delivery guys in the business in Demetrius (Meat) and he really cares about trying to help his customers. Too bad the company he works for doesn't...

Horrible.. Have had more issues with STM than I have with every other wholesaler put together. They have been running the "biggest $hitshow" wholesaling tires for a few years now. Orders are wrong or incomplete over half the time and when you do have a problem it's just excuses. Pitiful!
