I visited a bustling Walmart with high expectations for their grocery pickup service, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by persistent delays. The store's overwhelming busyness seemed to contribute to the slow processing of orders, leading to frustrating wait times for customers like myself. Despite the convenience of online ordering, the execution fell short, leaving room for improvement in their operational efficiency and customer service.

I love the staff there. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, transferring scripts to another pharmacy closer to my new home. Gonna miss the staff.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacy around. At all cost go to another Walmart, or better yet another pharmacy. I've been filling the same medicine for almost a year, from the same doctor. They refused to fill my last prescription because they had to call the doctor (which is the same doctor) to find out why I'm getting my meds... Then they tell me all this with a line full of people that was listening... The next day I called to see if they got in touch with my doctor yet and was told no they could reach him..I hung up and called my doctor's office who was very much available and shocked at how I was treated.. And then to find out that it was written on the bottom of the prescription the whole time. I went to pick up my meds an hour later and they was very rude and did not apologise for anything....I am looking for another pharmacy and I suggest you do to...

First, I would like to say I appreciate the kindness of the pharmacy techs. I can’t review without stating they are friendly ladies. I have used this pharmacy for a life threatening chronic illness for over 5 years. SAME RX. SAME DOSE. SAME DOCTOR. SAME CHRONIC ILLNESS. The previous pharmacist has even asked to speak with my Doctor (as I guess he thought I was lying about a Chronic Illness). I gave him permission to speak with my Doctor who advised me his behavior was unprofessional and he should not have treated me that way. Today I show up and he’s no longer there after filling the SAME RX for years. Another lady says she’s visiting, called me to the consultation window (where ALL customers in line can hear her), tells me my RX is not “written correctly” and she’s SURE there’s a law but she can’t find it anywhere. She embarrassed and shamed me and I left with my RX unfilled. IN TEARS. I then go to a new Pharmacy with an educated staff who fills my RX for me...only to state that Walmart charged me for my RX and I can’t fill it. 2 hours later, Walmart REMOVES my insurance submission AFTER I had to call them and ask them to remove it. I will now find a new pharmacy that actually knows laws instead of making them up. You can’t deny my RX because you don’t want me to fill it. I have the RX bc I am VERY sick. You wouldn’t deny a cancer patient their meds. The way I was treated today is absolutely horrific. You should be ASHAMED, Walmart.

If you all know like I know, FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! Called and requested a refill on my 6 year old's asthma and allergy meds and was told by the tech "it would be ready within an hour" went at about 6 that evening to pick it up and was told by the tech working the register that "nothing is filled for him, you'll have to go to the first window and request a refill again." This was the 3rd time they have done this. The first two times were for pain meds from when he'd had surgery to open up his airways and tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy. Majority of the staff is uncaring about the customer and just want you out of their face. There are a couple of techs who have always been friendly but the repeatedly poor performance of the staff as a whole has made me transfer all of my family's prescriptions elsewhere .

The most polite and friendly service I've ever received at a pharmacy. I have a chronic illness, so sadly, going to a pharmacy is part of my regular life. I'm greeted politely by all staff and make the best of a not so great situation. Very thankful for these hard working and kind employees!

Never have more than 4 registers open at one time, the fruit and vegetables look old, the cashiers don't look happy to be there, and the parking lot is survival of the fittest.
