“I feel bad that I can't recall her name right now but the lady that helped me Friday was the nicest person I have dealt with in any bank so far and understood I was in a hurry, she quickly helped me set up an account and get my check cashed/deposited. I waited no more than 5 minutes and was out of there in less time than I spent waiting at other banks just to ask them questions about opening an account.
