“Nice store, not too big, the customer service is great, but their website isn't. They have a wide variety of crystal & china online. The only downside is their website isn't so user-friendly. For instance, if you want to search for a pattern, you scroll through the whole list to find your pattern name. If that pattern has several colors, you choose which color. But after looking at that color, you want to go back and look at the other colors in that same pattern. You're out of luck. You have to go back to the very beginning. Even if you knew your pattern name from the very beginning and typed it into search, you get the whole list of patterns to scroll through. At the store, tell them what pattern you're looking for, and they look it up on their computer and then go get it out of storage. Didn't take them very long to get what I wanted to see. I didn't leave empty-handed. If their website worked better, I would have rated them 5 stars.”
