The lady that I’m assuming is the floor manager is extremely rude for no reason. I’m in this specific store 3-4 times a week and she’s always rude to not only the employees but also the customers. I guess that’s just the attitude she chooses when she wakes up everyday. She intimidates the cashiers along with everyone else, making them so nervous just by simply walking up to the front, to the point of them having to ‘gather their thoughts’ before they can ring someone up.
The cashiers and other employees are always very nice!! But that 1 lady needs to go. Goodwill isn’t ever a top choice for thrifting anyway because of the company itself along with their prices, but she makes the experience even worse.

Used to love this goodwill now the prices have doubled and tripled they are asking more for things than you can buy brand new which is not right when I can go to Walmart and get it cheaper and most the stuff is donated to them

Employees hold stuff for their friends in the back and put it out when they are there and let them shop off the cart which as i understand is a no no....standing around talking aboutpesonal problems instead of putting items out on the floor...LOTS of thrift store lizards that hang there all day and pounce on carts when they come out

You just pull in they unload the donations and give you a receipt if you want it and you leave.

Went to the store, bought a gba game, called about 15 minutes later to ask what the other gba games I saw were, and the lady got frustrated and said "ma'am you'll just have to come to the store and see, I'm not sure we have any in stock". It's obvious she was just too lazy to check.

I always find a variety of items at a great price. You never know what your going to find. The prices aren't high either. I always come out with something in hand.

Customer service is a reflection of management. This store needs new management!Might I also remind everyoneGoodwill is not a non-profit but a totally for profit business. Stop donating here and take your junk to a true non-profit.
