I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! They are hilarious and always keeping the mood light. Brittney and Terry are my favorite and so much fun. I will continue to use this pharmacy as long as they are working here!

I’ve had a good experience with my Walgreens often they are short handed. They very seldom have the sales items in stock. They either have only 1 when it’s buy 2. As far as for the pharmacy I had a good experience with them so far.

Either they juuuuust got your prescription (even though it’s been 6 hours since you went to the Dr) or that medicine is on the truck and won’t be here until tomorrow.

I have never got a prescription on time from them in the 3 months I have had to use them because of a certain medication. I always order early and have always been polite when speaking to them. All I get is excuses and nothing being done. And to beat all they aren't friendly at all!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with they never have my meds.I have been waiting 3 weeks on my heart meds to be told I have to wait still. They never send tex reminders or refill orders I would not recommend this place to anyone changing pharmacies asap

Worst pharmacy ever I have got my medicine here serval times and. I drive all the way from Gadsden to boaz caues they are the only ones who have my medicine and. I had to borrow gas money to get here and. The pharmacy man tells me since I haven’t been here and got any medicine lately he won’t fill my medicine for me that’s just messed up for real

Slowest place on earth. I understand they're short handed, but one girl couldn't even type in numbers/ letters on the keyboard because she had 3 inch stupid nails. Kept having to delete, backspace, type in again.Then she just stares at the monitor for minutes, then has to ask the pharmacist. She never asks for my ID which is required.Also why does the amount of refills never match the quantity remaining on the script??????COURTNEY and BRITTNEY ARE the best

When other pharmacies talk bad about ya,that's bad I will NEVER GO BACK TO BOAZ WALGREENS AGAIN!! Gave me a partial, came 2 get the rest she tried 2 give me another partial. After getten a email all my meds were filled, an how many. Most unprofessional place I've been 2 n a while. Definitely callen the medical board. That chick wit the cheap head band, I'm maken it a mission 2 get u fired.

I was on the phone on hold for over an hour just to call to update my insurance on my prescription refill just to get hung up on!! Terrible customer phone service!! I called a second time and had to wait even longer and still couldn’t talk to anyone!!!
