Customers appreciate the option to order fresh groceries online with free pickup or same-day delivery for members, enjoying the same low prices as in-store. The store offers organic produce and a Freshness Guarantee. However, some experiences note issues, including items being frequently shifted around, making them hard to find. Significant complaints involve cleanliness, with one hot food counter described as disgusting and filthy, suggesting a need for retraining on cleaning and stocking. Additionally, limited hot food availability, like rotisserie chicken in the evening, has been frustrating. Despite this, many find the employees wonderful and helpful, especially with services like bringing groceries to the car.
Walmart was extremely packed and had several Spanish signs that had no english translation. I am Latin so I didn't find it a issue, but my wife was lost. The signs should be english first then Spanish, we live in America and should not cater to Spanish speakers in a primary English country.

Things are all shifted around. I know that's why you have to walk around hunting it. That's what they want more time spent inside the store
