Mr. James is a very caring person. He takes pride in his work. He had a busy day and my appointment was delayed from 520 pm on 2/2/2022 to 6 pm and Mr. James stayed to complete my return. With some technical difficulties he finally finished at 7:40 pm. He could have easily said come back tomorrow, but he chose to complete my return. He didn’t even take lunch that day either. I really appreciate him and his work.
