I was told my table and chairs was gonna be delivered yesterday they lied and said they called when no one called or showed up I was home all day it upset me when I called up there today to ask them the gm was really rude I won’t go to brewton Al Aaron’s to go buy anything they all lie don’t by anything from Aaron’s in brewton Al

I ordered a couch almost two weeks ago was told delivery would be 2-3 days and after a week of not hearing anything I called the customer service hotline and was told that this location sometimes “forgets,” and to call the store directly after calling the store they scheduled my delivery for the following monday and it was still not delivered but yet i’ve gotten 4 messages requesting my first payment when I haven’t even received the product yet. Don’t think i’ll be using them again.

First we rented a washer and dryer from there I wanted a grey set. They showed up at my house with a grey washer and a white dryer, not the matching set I wanted.
2nd I went and rented a refrigerator a couple months later and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. But when they didn't show up we called and they.said we are on the book for Thursday and they can't guarantee they can deliver it today. She said maybe 2 people ment to say Thursday but told us Tuesday, I'm sorry but if that's the case they should have given us a courtesy call so I could have went else where, i told them our fridge was going out and couldnt wait long they said Tuesday and our fridge went completely on Monday and now i have no fridge for 2 more days because they lied. If they keep their promise then I will change my stars from a 1 but as of right now I would never recommend them to anyone. They are bad to do business with they should honor what was told. They ended up finally bringing out my refrigerator at 5 p.m after I already was angry with them. I guess they changed our delivery date without calling us.

On this past Friday I went to Aarons to purchase a TV. I put the down payment down and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted it new or used she gave me two prices the 55 was only 8 dollars more so I got that one. No one checked the TV at all so we were instructed to pull the door to pick it up. That’s what we did. One of the loaders put it in the back set of the car and closed the door and realized it wouldn’t fit…after he had already closed the door on it. Now we get home and open it the screws in it was not the right size and the screen was cracked. I called an talked to Caleb and he was rude to me too. I’m financing so it should not have been a problem and it was the first day I purchased it. I’m not sure on Aarons policies but I’m hoping the employees and management team is….if the policy is No tv transported in vehicles then it’s their fault. Not only that no one checked the tv. No only that the loader should know his job well enough to know that it wasn’t going to fit. They tried to blame us instead of fixing it and then coaching his crew on what not to do. Very poor customer service from the manager Caleb. My first interaction was pleasant but once I’ve finished me my mother and anyone I run into who is for me will not purchase another thing here!

Paid cash for a bed and it broke, be aware unless you finance they will not come out and fix. Caleb is rude told me they don’t do nothing for free, which I didn’t ask. They take your cash money and then treat you disrespectful. They will never get a dime of my money. Cheap furniture (bed broke)

Well overall a good place except just a few months after paying for a fridge that I chose to match my kitchen it went out at no fault of mine. They were able to bring me a "loaner" the same day after my husband had to help. Which was no problem that's just how we are, but was not the color I chose and several months go by and we had to continually call about with no straight answer. I was then told by them to come pick one out and when I did they tell me I can't upgrade and pay the difference on that upgrade but I wanted what I've paid for the one I had to go towards it, well I wasn't going to get another one just like the one I had for fear it do the same thing after I pay it off. Very unhappy about being stuck with one that is NOT what I chose.

As soon as possible I'm gonna pay off my furniture. I just got a call from the man at the brewton office. I'm only a few days late...he ask me when I get paid I told him Friday he said to me so if you got paid Friday you don't have any money left over to make a payment....hold up you have gotten to personal to ask me that. It's none of your business if I have money left over....I have my account on autopay but don't know what happened to that and I'm not gonna give my card information again to place on auto pay. It's certain way to collect money...I do it all day at my job...this is not the way to talk to people. I hate this store and the people running. So unprofessional. it. Will never ever again rent from them or would tell someone else to with.
