Audrey Woods was very detail-oriented, helpful, patient, and professional while explaining an issue to me over the phone while my mother was in her store. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything she was saying over the phone, as she also explained to my mother, who was actually in the store at the time. Very grateful for her service and overall attitude, thanks!!

Great customer service and support. In and out as quickly s as possible. Great explanation on the different cost and variety/options of watches. Thank you Ladies. I’ve had a not so great experience in the past at another store. Different city though but I’ll recommend this store any day.

This store allowed someone to come in with a cell phone that didn’t belong to them an new service on it I can’t even pay my bill in store without having to show my id so how is it that a phone that’s on my account with a installment plan can be used no questions asked

One of the worse Experiences I've ever had at a at&t store , there was three young black woman working , walked in and none of them got up , didn't think they were going to help us until we walked over to one of them and ends up the one we walk over to is having problems outside the store and has to go to the back , one of the girls has a big rip on the inside of her pants which her leg was hanging out , they didn't know about none of the deals at&t had to offer and they were out of just about every phone at&t sold so now I have to wait on my phone , trust me I'll never go back to at&t in Brewton al , cause one of the deals was any year any condition and I bring in my old at&t phone and they can't do anything with it 1 out of 5 stars they didn't even get a star

They were SUPER BUSY!!! I am NOT giving the associates the 3-stars I'm giving that to AT&T. It should be lower. I hope those ladies earn what they are worth.
