“Called and spoke with Joe and set up oil change for next day. He said he would have the oil filter delivered ahead of time in order to get me out sooner. To my surprise he did exactly as he said. Charlie changed the oil, rotated tires, checked belts and hoses and all filters. What service! All this for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased and would recommend Auto Clinic to anyone needed service. Thanks guys.”

“Wesley and his team are absolutely amazing. I had just put new wheels and tires on my LX570 and the local shop in Pensacola had used the wrong lug nuts. Took it on a road trip up to Blue Ridge and it held until the way back…sheared off two studs just north of Brewton on the way home at 10pm.
Having been stranded in the middle of nowhere with a relatively rare foreign vehicle before, I was ready for the worst (rental vehicle and a tow back to Pensacola). I decided to trust the reviews of Northside and boy, am I glad I did. I showed up at 8am—Wesley said they’d fit me in immediately and get me back on the road. He even offered to send someone to pick up my family at the Best Western. The mechanics at Northside diagnosed the issue immediately, sourced parts from several different suppliers, and had me back on the road by 11, keeping me informed every step of the way. They could have totally taken advantage of me on price because I was out of town, missing work, and just needed to get home, but they were fair and absolutely reasonable.
Seems like everyone in Brewton already knows about these dudes but if you don’t and you’re looking for great service, I 100% recommend Northside.

“They moved from Flomaton Alabama to Century just over the bridge you will see it when you come over the bridge from Alabama to Florida not far from the old location on the left side if you're headed southbound. Good guys very helpful and I'll check around if if they don't have what you need they can either order it or direct you to some shop that does. Good good old boys always helpful. If they don't have it there's always Advance Auto in Flomaton 2 minutes away. but usually if Napa doesn't have it and they can't find it for you, you'll end up at Advance Auto anyway. Anyway, best of luck with these vehicles, just be safe out there on that road. Godspeed!”

“These guys are not only good transmission techs, but they seem to be good, honest people. A few years ago, a friend of mine took his Z71 to the dealership because it wouldn't shift gears correctly. They told him the transmission was slipping badly and needed to be rebuilt, quoting him over $2,000. He dropped it off here to have them rebuild it instead of the dealership, but they called him an hour later to come pick it up. Instead of taking his money by rebuilding a good trans, they changed a $20 filter, and the truck ran like it was new again!! Instead of making a quick, easy dollar, they saved him thousands, and made customers for life! Because of that experience, I only deal with them when I have transmission problems. Having been ASE certified years ago, I do most of my own work, but when friends or family ask me where they can take their vehicles for major work, I send them to Escambia Transmission. Shannon really knows his stuff, but I usually talk to Joey; both are extremely knowledgeable. If you need transmission/transfer case, or differential/gear work, these guys will take care of you!”

“So they double booked me and some other guy and canceled my appt. But didn't notify me until the day after my appt. But the manager checked and my tires were actually in on time so there was no need to have canceled my appointment and he and the guys squeezed both of us in the 1st appointment of the day and got my tires in so I greatly appreciate the hard work considering I lost 10 hours of OT to be there.”
