We were traveling on vacation. Our car began to have issues. They got us in/out & on our way within an hour. The car has driven perfectly. This company went out of their way to help. If you are a local please consider using their services.

They stay very busy. Somehow, Jernigan still answers the phone and handles the office end, all with no visible bloodshed. They found some issues with my (vintage!) front end that I was unaware of, and relieved to have it repaired the same day. Seems on point price-wise, given the ridiculous way prices have soared recently. Will definitely return, should we avoid the Zombie Apocalypse.

I have used Jernigan Nordmeyer for my tires and mechanical needs for 20 years...I can’t see myself using anyone else. Fred is honest and you can always depend on him for getting your car turned around fast! Pricing has always been fair to good! With that being said...my most recent experience was a little discouraging. I had a tire on the front of my car that was injured; their assessment overlooked the other bad tire that needed replacing as well. Nevertheless...I had four new tires put on my car and an alignment. Good pricing and fast service!
I got home and opened my truck to find my spare and all the tire tools thrown everywhere and my trunk insert was almost ruined as it was bent with these heavy objects thrown on top of it. ?♀️
They do great work...fast friendly service...great pricing...but maybe needs to slow down a little and be more attentive with each customer from the time they walk in the door to the time they walk out.
I still highly recommend them and have an appointment today servicing my daughters car!

Ordered tires, air in tires, priced a tune up which was too expensive to replace 4 spark plugs was $295.Earlier this year, I experienced a bad attitude from the owner... seems to be different people on different days.
