Customer service lady needs to smile more, and be more communicative. I recieved a different trailer, but didnt have paperwork for the cargo trailer I did haul. Other than that, GREAT! :)

Service was great once I talked to the manager, so thanks to him and joei! However Robin Wilson most UN-HELPFUL!! Very argumentative. It was partly my fault as I gave the wrong name for the reservation but she WOULD NOT try and help solve the issue, she ended up walking away from and serving another customer while we were trying to sort the issue out!! I would not want someone like that representing my business. She is the type of person that looses business. Once again thanks to the manager for helping me sort the issue out.

Rang doorbell, older White male came out and yelled WERE CLOSED!!!!! I stated just for propane? He said yup not till nine. I am formed him I would go somewhere else. He said with an attitude that's fine with me. Don't waste your time with this U-Haul company a bunch of crackheads

So I just got off the phone with Cecelia, a supervisor for U-Haul. I was supposed to pick up my trailer tomorrow at this location or one closer to my house. Unfortunately the only location that has the trailer I need for tomorrow is an extra 10 miles away from my home. That's a huge inconvenience on moving day! I asked her if there was anything U-Haul could do to help. A discount on the trailer? An extra day to get moved? A disount on supplies? Unfortunately, Cecelia informed me that U-Haul doesn't care about customer service at the current time, they're making so much money! She told me also that if I don't want the triplet they will rent it to somebody else for even more money than I reserved it for. What an excellent business model! What I can tell you is that I will not be using U-Haul again in the future for any of my needs. By looking at the reviews from U-Haul over the Las Vegas Valley, and another states, it looks like many other people agree with me. Cecelia, remember this when we all stop using U-Haul and you get let go from your job. We've all seen huge companies we've never thought would go under go out of business over the last 10 years. I predict U-Haul will be on that list in the next 10 years. If you rent from these people good luck!

Worst U-Haul I've ever dealt with. Booked a reservation in advance to move across country and they gave our truck away last minute. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will never be using uhaul again after this experience. Would rate less than a star if possible.

This was a disappointing experience and unfortunately this business will receive a 1 star review over $12.15. He claims he gave me a full gas tank in a Ford F150 truck but he did not, it was roughly 7/8 full. Even if he did, I drove 37 miles based on the odometer and put in 2 gallons of gas before returning the car. A Ford F150 is up to 21 MPH so this should be enough but he decided to charge another $12.15. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back.

I reserved a 26' truck. About 1 month ago for a one way rental. I confirmed my reservation last week and they said my reservation was confirmed for a 930 pick up. I was flying in to vegas Thursday morning to help family move. I just received a call from the rental office this morning. They said that they won't have a 26ft truck available for tomorrow at their location. They told me that the uhaul in mesquite might have one at 5pm. Mesquite is over an hour north of vegas. So I asked why they didn't have a 26ft truck. They told me that the scheduler manages the reservations. I explained my situation, that I was flying in and would be taking a taxi to their location. She restated that the only the only place that would have one would be in mesquite. So I replied, you want me to wait for 9 hours and pay for an uber/taxi to take me to mesquite for a maybe?? She replied the truck is supposed to be there at 5. That was her only reply. I said ok, thank you and hung up. I was able to contact another company who confirmed the availability of the truck size I needed..Putting people in stressful last minute situations created by their company is bad business practice. When you make reservations especially a month out. You make confirming calls a week prior to the rental. a You get notified the day before that you are supposed to pick up the truck and told that they won't have one. Sad. I will now tell everyone what happened and it's not worth the stress of doing business with a company that cannot keep their obligations...

Filed a complaint about a manager and a propane tech working at a Las Vegas Blvd site. They need to be looked into. Very belligerent attitudes about refusing services. We practically have to beg them to get off their chairs to come just whine and refuse to service even though they have been servicing our propane tanks for YEARS. Propane tanks are all up to code. They are just lllaaaazzzyyy. They also reeked of cigarette smoke and looked like they crawled out of a hole, they were so filthy. Bad management, bad attitudes, horrible representation of this company. Try to get propane here and please video this bum that management can't manage and post it here.

I actually had a decent experience here, but am rating it 2-stars because they charged me 50% more than my original subtotal. Admittedly, the contract they give you does say that failure to return equipment by the "Rental Due Time" may result in additional charges, but it feels a bit slimy to charge $20 extra for returning my rental at 3:59pm rather than 3:30pm, especially because someone was their and picked it up from me. Their contract says that you can avoid the $20 after-hours convenience fee by verifying your return on your mobile device, but when I asked the guy who accepted my truck return if anything was needed from me, he said no . Ultimately, things just didn't seem as transparent to me as they could have, and I haven't been able to successfully reach them over the phone to ask for clarification on the matter.

Yet another terrible experience with the service at this location. Parking lot is full of vehicles. Nowhere to park so I park down near the trailers as I was getting a trailer anyways. Go into the office. 5 employees standing around one person helping someone. Finally I'm next and the guy says hey you have to move your vehicle. Makes me leave to move my vehicle instead of just processing my online reservation which takes 2 min. Leave to move my vehicle, walk all the way back in and 2 mins later park my vehicle in the exact same spot. Now as for the trailer. It is filthy. Looks like the user before me was loading dirt or grass. They obviously don't do a good job of cleaning it out their rentals like I have seen other U-Haul locations do. Also the latch seems to be lose so you have to lift it up to lock the door. Uhaul on south Las Vegas BLVD- would not recommend.

I received an invoice saying I used 100 miles more than what I used, charging $100 more than it should. Is this a joke? I sent an email contesting the price and haven't heard back yet. Avoid if you can, they are going to rip you off.

I reserved a cargo van online, which was pretty seamless. When I arrived, the check out was okay as well... the desk person had me take photos of my DL on a link he sent to my phone. The check out and check in went very smooth and the prices are very reasonable. The reason for my 1 star review is the lack of upholding customer service values. As we all know, customer service is what keeps customers coming back- and I will certainly not be coming back to this location. A day after returning my rental I got my invoice and noticed a $20 convenience fee. On my contract it was stated that this fee would be charged only if I did not complete the web check in upon turn in of the vehicle. Which I did. When I called corporate, they told me the fee applied because the GPS said I was .95 miles away, which is absurd because I was at most 15 feet away parked on the street where I was told to park after hours. Corporate said they don't issue refunds and I needed to call the store. Then I called the franchise and the first time I was hung up on. The second time, I didn't even have to say who I was or a contract number and the receptionist already knew what I was talking about- it seems like a common scheme to omit information upon check out in order to tack on the $20 convenience fee. What I was most appalled about, he kept disrespectfully telling me "read your contract! It's in the contract! You didn't do a web check-OUT". I asked him well; I spent 10 minutes at your desk; I assumed that was the check out. He said NO READ YOUR CONTRACT!! All in all, I am always very conscious of language barriers affecting the instructions and clarity of transactions, and I am positive that the clerk THOUGHT his instructions were clear, but he was obviously wrong. This review is to highlight his disrespect and brutal disregard for basic customer service principles. I know it's just $20 but I feel deceived. P.S. for corporate purposes I recommend a small "check list" for customer reference. I.e. "don't forget! 1. Check out on the app 2. Fuel your car before returning 3. Complete web check in" Easy.

Tony Flores and Arick Hortizuela are the best. I rented a long haul 26' truck and car hauler, one way from Las Vegas to Pensacola, Fl last month. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. If that wasn't enough, I received a good discount on the equipment too. The truck was first class and very comfortable. Average mpg was 7.2. Considering the added weight of towing a vehicle, this wasn't bad.I hired loading and unloading help at each end. Total expense was a very reasonable $3100. Doing the move myself saved about 5k. Many thanks to Tony and Arick for their help. They both deserve your business!
