They have lost several important letters. Most recently I was expecting a letter from my bank, and the post office had it marked as delivered, but never delivered it. There needs to be improvement

Lost one of my packages for a month. It was found with the incorrect address group and was going to be sent back. Another package was given to the wrong person....it was marked as received, but I never received it. When this happened, the desk person was of no help. I had to get a refund from Etsy when it was not their fault.
