“I have not met my agent personally but lately when I need anything I do get a call back and they have taken immediate action to assist me. I didn't give it a 5 star because my house insurance went up considerably this year and we didn't have any claims. We were not notified of the increase in time for us to research. When I inquired about it I was told that all of the claims around the country affected the insurance rates all around.”
