Ordered pizza on their app. 75 minutes later their patent pending tracker system says it's ready. We go. We get to drive-thru window. After waiting for someone to come to the window for literally 12 minutes they say it'll be over an hour more. Absolutely unacceptable. And this happens at this location regularly. Pathetic and incompetent management across-the-board.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Addition:To whoever responded I appreciate the effort but it's boilerplate response. Y'all seriously need either new ownership, new management, new staff or a larger place. This has happened too many times. There's no fixing the chaos and time wasted on 3/22 around 7pm and previous visits. It had been over 6 months since the last time we came and it's only worse this time. There's only one of the 4 things I listed for y'all to do...or ideally all 4.We will NOT be back until we see those changes and even then probably not. Just horrendous experience all around. and based on all the similar boilerplate responses and things never improving, nobody believes y’all actually care.

Ordered a pizza, web site said 35-40 delivery, and 2.5 hours later no pizza. Called and was on hold for 40 minutes. When they answered, and I explained that I’d been waiting forever, the person on the other end said in a very abrupt tone that I wasn’t the only person waiting. SOOOOO, how ironic’al!?!?! Ordered from Pizza Hut while waiting, and they delivered before Dominos even answered the phone. DO NOT USE THIS STORE unless you can pick up. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it IS the last time. Horrible.

The lady that answered the phone needs help learning how to interact with human beings. As I was saying, “thank you” despite her harsh tone, she cut me off and said “yep!” and hung up on me. We order usually once a week from this place, but doubtful we will as much if they can’t be even slightly pleasant to customers. If I want someone rude to make dinner for me, I’d ask my mother in law.

Really hope this place gets shut down. Zero management. Rude employees. Never have your order on time and they could care less. Waited over an hour multiple times and the only answer I can get is too bad.

I honestly can’t remember a time we’ve ordered and not had an issue. Tonight, we were given an estimate of 45-55 min, and we called to see if it was ready after waiting an hour because the app showed it was still in prep. We were told it would be another 45 minutes, and the customer service was terrible when we called. The previous time we ordered, we were told the order was lost despite the app showing it as ready. This scenario has happened a handful of times, and no one has ever apologized for the inconvenience or taken accountability for the errors.

This is rediculs service I got in my whole entire life I feel like is discrimination to me bcz of skin colors bcz when I went how long I have to wait and they said 20 minutes and then after when I went back they said I have to wait half and hr more so y they don’t tell the perfect time so customer get served in timely manner the staff has bad attitude they told me to get out and they have no experience foe any customer service I want aware of everyone go other place Bhutan not this location

I ordered online for carryout. The estimate showed 50-60 minutes. After an hour I called as the app was still showing our order in ‘prep’. The first time I called I held for 5 minutes and was hung up on. The second time I called I spoke the a very rude employee. He told me my order would be another 30-45 minutes (so an hour and a half + for ONE cheese pizza for carryout). He told me it wasn’t ’his problem’, cancelled my order and hung up on me.So well past a reasonable dinner time I am told it will be even longer with no apologies or solutions and instead my order was cancelled. We go to this location a fair amount and this is by far the worst computer service we have received. The person I spoke to was beyond rude and disrespectful.

Had to wait one and a half hours on two pizzas and wings. Also had the window shut on us when asking what was taking so long on a pickup order.

We ordered via the app for the drive thru pickup window. When we arrived, we were told they lost our order and to pull around and wait in the parking lot for it. When they finally brought out the order, no discounts or anything were given for the inconvenience and delay. Upon opening the boxes at home, one of our pizzas was horribly done. I have attached photos. It was supposed to be half cheese and half mushroom, black olive and onion. As shown, there are about 3 slices with the vegetable toppings and they are significantly smaller than the cheese slices. The pizza was cut horribly irregular. 2 stars because our other pizza and the stuffed cheesy bread were good. Additionally, they offer delivery to our area, but after years of our neighborhood being established, we can still only get delivery if we call and order via phone. The app still says they can’t deliver to our address when they actually can.Edited to add: I emailed like they suggested below. Then they tell you that they can’t do anything without the name, phone number, location, and order number associated with your order. So I emailed a second time with that information. I have not gotten a response or resolution as of 12/19/23. My order was from 12/14/23.

Awful customer service. Extremely rude, snarky comments from the employees. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Find a different dominos to go or go to Papa John's. I ordered the cheese bread but the cheese wasn't fully melted inside. Wish I could rate this 0 stars.
