My wife never receives her mail. We’ve gone to the post office in person four times, and I’ve called several times to report the issue, explaining that she needs her mail delivered to our house in Brundidge. She’s already done a change of address and has USPS Informed Delivery set up for this address.
Every time we bring this up to the postal workers, they promise to make sure her mail is delivered, but it never happens.
As for me, I usually get my mail, but there have been several occasions where something I was supposed to receive didn’t show up. Our mailbox is clearly marked, and so is our house, so I don’t understand why this keeps happening. It’s frustrating, especially since we’ve missed important mail like our car title and health insurance ID cards.

Great small town post office. Extremely friendly staff who are always there to help! Very convenient location, right on Main St. Added bonus is City Hall recently moved in across the street!

Had a package missent here 3 times. Since Christmas is over and I am no longer at the address it is being sent to, I called the office to see about getting the address changed. Lisa, who had answered my call, was very helpful and able to get my package redirected! I so appreciate her friendliness and helpfulness! Great staff!!!

I love this little post office... can't say enough good things about it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. A real asset to our small town.
