I've done business here for years bc Ernie is wonderful. However I recently had to switch to another pharmacy bc every single time I go to get scripts I have previously called in, they forget one or 2 or just don't have them at all. This causes me to have to go back and this is very unprofessional. I hated switching but I just couldn't put myself through that anymore.

I love Ponders. Jennifer and Ernie are both amazing. Love all the associates always so nice and friendly. Also get prescription filled fast and if ever have any issues go above and beyond to help ! Highly recommend.

I normally rarely leave reviews. When I do, they always speak highly of a business or company. I do not like leaving a negative review. However I must. I had a script that I normally have refilled on a monthly basis. It is an anti-depressant. When I had the script filled in March, it was refilled with the wrong medication. A muscle relaxer in fact. I had been taking a muscle relaxer daily in place of my antidepressant. I was told ‘I bet you’ve had a crappy month!” My response was ‘you have no idea.” I felt like I was losing my mind. I even had to go to the dr about the issue. He is the one that prompted me to double check my meds and make sure they are right. Had he not instructed me to do that I honestly wouldn’t have thought about doing that. I contacted the pharmacy and was told it was in fact a muscle relaxer. It had even been signed off on. How that happened I don’t know. Human error I totally get. But it could have been bad for anyone for something like this to happen. I was told “I’m not sure how that happened.” Please, please, please always check your meds so you will not have adverse effects or worse.
