“Every experience I have dropping off a package to ship has been a positive one. Always been in and out in less than 5 minutes and every employee has always been extremely helpful.”

“Staff are always courteous, efficient and very professional with me. I have no complaints. They always get my mail out same day. However, it often gets held up for days in Chattanooga. Not sure why but I think Trenton has great post office service.”
“The lady there today was so sweet, kind, and friendly when I came in to apply for my passport. Very welcoming and answered all my questions! I wish I got her name!”

“The friendliest post office I have been to. I was traveling and stopped by to send an important mail and the service I received here I have not seen in the post offices I’ve been to. The staff were welcoming and helpful. First time sending certified mail and the attendant kindly explained the differences of certified mail with and without a return receipt. I always tape my mail to be extra secure and she did it for me without complaints. The people that arrived at the post office were also very friendly. Overall, a great post office and great people in that town!”
