This place is great! Took my dog to the DIY dog bath and to have her nails clipped and anal glands expressed. The staff was great and very helpful. Environment was clean and comfortable with everything needed for her bath. I have a big dog that only likes water if it is on her terms...lol. The overall experience was great. We will definitely be going back. Thank you!

We were made late for a vacation. We were told we could drop our dog off at 6:00am, sent a confirmation text as well, end up sitting outside and waiting for over 2 hours for them to open. When it was addressed we were told the text was wrong but they ultimately did fix the mistake and actually took two days off our final charge. They seemed truly upset about this misunderstanding which showed they care about their customers.
That being said they took great care of my dog, we would use them again and now we know the correct hours of drop off so I don’t see this happening again.

This is the only place that we go when we decide to board our furry friend. It is super clean. The staff is polite and cooperative, and sincerely care about the well-being of your pet. I don’t even look at it as boarding your pet. It’s more of a doggy day camp.

We have boarded here 2 or 3 times with 3 large dogs and I am most pleased that my dogs get to go play during their stay where a lot of other places do not offer play time if they are heavily booked. I'm always impressed that the staff remembers who we are and are always friendly and give updates if I call. Thank you so much for being a trusted facility. You make it easier to relax when we are away. 5-STARS

They are wonderful! I will never board my pups anywhere else. Our pups have separation anxiety really bad, but they always enjoy stays with MAC! They will do grooming as well while they are staying at a great rate!

I didn't use the boarding facility but rather the vet. This was my first visit there and I was having my cat euthanized so I was extremely emotional but they were so kind and patient with me. They never rushed me nor did they push me into a decision one way or another. I was having a hard time with the decision. They were so professional. I live pretty far away from them but I think I will make this the place I use for my other furbabies.

BEST VET EVER! My 2 pups are patients and boarders and I absolutely would recommend both the vet clinic and the boarding. I have a difficult/high-maintenance pit bull that can sometimes be a pain (he actually BIT one of the vet techs once after getting a shot!), but the staff is super-friendly and knows just how to deal with difficult drama queens like my Dax. ?When I last boarded my pups it was actually my first time ever using a boarding service - (as well as only the 2nd time EVER that Dax had been away from me for more than a day) - so I was pretty nervous about leaving them with strangers in a new place.When I picked them up about 5 days later, I was pleasantly surprised! The price was actually less than I expected and I could clearly tell my pups had been well-cared for and had been fine without me.Definitely my go-to boarding service and vet from now on, cannot recommend enough!
