It's crazy to me that the employees here are too entitled to me a burger correctly at their burger king job. I was at this store location on 4/18 at 11pm and ordered a double whopper with cheese and you gave me 2 peices of beef on bread and nothing else. No condiments, no cheese, no veggies. There was no line. Your employees are just lazy. I'll be back in the morning for my refund. Ridiculous and quite honestly sad.

Everything was delicious and the service was amazing! Jamie is the sweetest person I've ever met working in fast food! Such a breath of fresh air compared to other restaurants! Ethan and Shawn were the best young men I've come into contact with and so polite! 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back!!

Just went & got one of the new mushroom & Swiss burgers.. Sandwich is dry, counted 6 pieces of mushrooms & no gravy at all & the hamburger patty was not charbroiled… but the fries are good ?

Sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and no one said anything to me at all so I pulled around thinking maybe the speaker was broken. Sat waiting to get to the window for another 7 or 8 minutes. Finally got there and told the guy at the window I hadn't ordered yet and he said I can't take your order at the window. That's just bad customer service. At least come on the speaker and say just a minute or something so we know to wait. I have no problem waiting if someone says something. Ridiculous.

Horrible. HORRIBLE! The Calera BK may be the worst service I've ever had and this was a drive through order. The young lady working the window on 10/8/23 has the worst attitude and if she had tried any less they would have checked her for a pulse. I'm sure she'll grow up to work at the DMV. Pitiful, the owner sould get rid off her and the manager for allowing it happen. I know its hard to find workers but losing customers is just as bad. Just close the doors for good.

Lobby locked in the middle of the day. Then they Made me go through the drive thru twice bc I had multiple orders. Either open the lobby or allow multiple orders through drive through.

10/8/23 Pitiful service, no desire to try and speed things up, Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive through to even place the order. It is a single lane so once you are in you can't get out. A few cars further back were lucky and backed out. The girl at the window shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. All of the stereotypes about the younger generations work ethics were confirmed with her. Any slower and they would have had to check her for a pulse. I feel bad for her parents, husband, future husband or life partner, pets( if she has a cat or dog I'm sure it has starved to death by now) At one point I ask her to just toss the bag out the window to my car. Just throw it to me. If the district manager/owner reads this, you should just close the doors and try a different line of work because fast food isn't it. Maybe open a DMV where everyone expects long wait times and poor service.

Do NOT eat here they serve moldy bread and do not change oil as everything taste like 5 days old reused cooking oil highly recommended avoiding this BK location at all cost until new proper management takes

Check your food everytime! They leave something out all the time. Also they put way too much mayo on the burgers.

Garbage place. Ordered on the app and when I showed up to get my food all of it was covered in black soot. When I showed the manager she got rude and told me it was fine just eat it. I asked for a refund and she said that I ordered through the app I would have to go through the app to get a refund. I left all the food at the resturant and left. After contacting BK they have offered me a 10 dollar coupon but a refusing to give me my $20 money back even though I never got any food. Horrible location, horrible service, and horrendous corporate. Never use the app again because the 800 number you can't get help and online is impossible to get help. They basically stole my money at this point.
