12/4/23Store opens at 8am employees are outside ready to work but manager (key holder) no where to be found. One of the employees already called the manager he/she running late. It seems new management not really that great hopefully they can find a better responsible person next time.

I just went by to purchase some notebooks and ended up with a few other items.The store was clean and organized so, I didn't have to search every where for items like I do at other dollar stores.They have a decent variety of craft items considering the price.The wait time was not bad being only two employees and several customers.

On Thursday December 8, 2022 around 2:28pm I found for the second time that there was only one cashier again. She was very courteous, professional, patient and very polite who consistently tells her customers to be patient and that she was very sorry for the long wait. But if they would just have a little patience she would get to them.However, it’s not right to only have ONE CASHIER in the store when the line is always back to the freezer or all the away around. Next, when I saw this I just turned around and left. Because there is no way I was going to get in that line. It’s a shame for a manager to have cut down cost to one cashier to save money especially when the prices have been rises higher. I don’t understand why the manager isn’t there in the store to assist this overworked, underpaid employee. I wish I had her name because I would print it but we all know and she deserves 10 plus ⭐️’s.Also, there should be expiration dates on the items in the store especially the cookies, cakes, and candy. The cookies in the can were very stale and I ended up throwing them away. You must have expiration dates. But on the whole I give this store 3.5 out of 5. Please hired more people and a better management for this store. It’s really tiring to have to travel to another location just to get a one or two items when you live close by.
