They trick you into a membership and don’t disclose all the information about how to cancel. I cancel in a timely manner and they are refusing to refund me my money. But they were rude and very u helpful. And they took out more more then they were suppose to. Don’t recommend at all terrible all locations

After visiting to have my Jeep washed I'm left with 90% of my Jeep scratched up from attendee using the wheel brush to prewash sides of my Jeep! Will update if or once Mammoth Holdings corrects the damage!

I have had membership with Marc-1 since 2017. This was my favorite wash spot. My teenage daughter also has a membership. She had damage to her vehicle caused by the roller. She heard a bump, then looked after she exited the car wash. We went in together and filed a report. The manager on duty was very friendly, he explained the process and told us we would receive an email telling us if they would do anything or not. I already assumed nothing would be done. He submitted pictures and the video was pulled from that day. We received an email finally (3weeks later) after reviewing they are denying the roller caused any damage. I think it angers me they won’t acknowledge most that they denied causing any damage… the top of her vehicle is dented. It’s obvious the roller caused this. So I think it’s best we not support this business anymore.

Doesn’t get my car clean. The back doesn’t look like anything touched it. Will be canceling membership.

A good thing about having a subscription is that you can wash up to 3 times a day.

Horrible if could give 0 I would we got the highest package unlimited and did their promotion I think it is false advertisement it claims 30 days free well it’s not we still paid 32$ and the plan is originally like 42. We went through three times and car still was very very dirty the first two times this blonde young boy attended our car and half did his job you could tell he hated his job. Barely sprayed the wind shield both times and the second he did even worse with spraying never even scrubbed either of windows. Second time a young girl attended the car and she only got windshield and didn’t get the back window the side windows were never touched. My car still has marks all over it of dirt it has bird poop on wind shield like this was absolutely a horrible experience. I’d definitely go somewhere else don’t spend your money here we never go to car wash we do it our self but we were out and like dang our car is so dirty this is bad. We don’t have time ever since having the new baby so we went on a wild limb and went to this one bc we always seen it. Saw all their offers was like dang let’s do this one bc we just don’t have time then also say 30 days free was absolutely not 30 days free like we went yesterday and money was already taken out so I’m confused. Don’t recommend here

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could have. We canceled with them many months ago due to not being happy with the wash and they continued to charge our account and refused to refund us

Disgusting.
Not enough water to rinse off all the soap. The towels supplied to dry off the car are all wet. The windshield washer is on a 6 inch chain .
After I cancelled my $34 a month subscription they continue to take money from account and refuse to refund even after they admitted Oops ... Sorry about that .
I have reported them to to bett business Bureau.
Closed multiple days without notice. Even turned away once because I did no know what phone number was associated with the account..... After paying...... No refund .

I love this car wash. It has my car looking sparkly clean and I can’t wait to go back for another one. The customer service was great too. I can’t remember everyone but Courtney was most helpful with me and my son as well as the other staff members.

You can get a lot more for $11 elsewhere. I know that these drive thru places are not going to be able to get everything off, but there are several spots on my car that look completely untouched, including the side mirror and a big load of bird poop on my roof. Looks like I will be hand-washing from now on.

First, I went to this car wash and got the $15 better wash and it barely did anything to my car. If I’m paying $15 for a car wash, I would hope it would at least get the dirt off of my car. I got the free vacuum token and tried to use it at the vacuums and it took my token but would not let me use the vacuum and I was not going to pay $3 to use the vacuum after spending $15 on the “wash”. So, I left with a semi-dirty car and was not able to even use the vacuum token I was given. It is very overpriced and I later figured out that I could’ve gone across the street and got a $5 car wash with FREE vacuums!
