I stopped in shortly after they opened in a panic because I was hearing popping when I turned and I was literally afraid my whole tire was going to pop off. She said they could run diagnostics, it would be $180 and would take at least a couple of hours which I couldn’t do at that time so she sent me on my way without even looking at it! The shock was completely lose, and while this could have caused a severe accident, it could have been fixed in no time… They didn’t even offer to look at iit without running diagnostics for $180… what a scam.

I didn't expect to pay 125.00 for my oil change express would have done it for 90.00. I had a wonderful experience with this place in the past and this was not a bad experience everyone here is so nice it just blew my mind when she said 125.00 I have never paid that much for my oil changed. I had car work done last time I was here. But in the past I had brought my other Acura MDX years ago and the price to change the oil in that car was not 125.00 or I no I would have not gone back.

While traveling from Gulf Shores to Indiana our AC went out and it was HOT. After stopping at Advanced Auto we were referred to Long-LewisQuick Lane. They got our car in immediately and, after originally being told it could take up to two hours for the repair, it was repaired and we were back on the road in less than an hour. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The AC worked well the rest of the trip and we made it home cool and without any other problems. I can’t thank the Long-Lewis staff enough for their help. Don’t know the name of girl at the front desk but she was awesome. Thank you again!

Rude didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in im sure it was because I’m black. Still live in a day in time where this happens. Sad and disgusting.

Had a great experience, always have with Quick lane, mechanics are like car salesman, when you find the honest one you have to stick with them. The manager Lee is an outstanding with helping you, I'm telling you business starts with the front line, and they don't make em like this guy anymore people! Outstanding job too on the mechanics part, fair prices and mostly importantly took great care of the vehicle. Needless to say y'all come on by, don't think twice I'll see ya there cause I'll definitely be back when needed!

Came in just before closing and they graciously offered to still mount and balance my new tires. Amazing staff and techs that are careful with your vehicles.
