We have been sending our daughter here for about a 1.5 years. We pay in advance up to 6 months at a time. The teachers seem fine. Keisha is the worst though. She will be the one that handles your billing. She will mess it up left and right. I can’t tell you how many times she has gotten it wrong. She is always rude and not welcoming to any questions. Recently my daughter has had an issue with her hip. This has caused her to be in a wheel chair as a precaution so she doesn’t put weight on it. This is temporary until it heals. We are all payed up for the remainder of the month and they denied us care because she now has to be in a wheel chair. I feel as if this is discrimination. We literally had 6 days left until she went to kindergarten. She has been going through this issue for a couple months but soon as she showed up in a wheel chair it was a wrap. Just consider this when choosing your daycare. I guess I’ll respond on here since it won’t let me respond to your point of view. With the money thing, why would I come ask you to tell me the total? Maybe because she keeps messing it up. First time ever that she got it right. She is a terrible representation of your business. Don’t let her fool you. I don’t just make things up. Nobody told you her hip could just break at anytime. She is in a wheel chair because she is 5 and it’s hard to tell a 5 year to stay still unless you do so. She just needed to be less mobile so we don’t have any issues until it’s healed. We were stand up people throat always payed on time and were nice to everyone. I even payed $100 on someone else’s account the other day just to be nice.

They lack compassion. They deal with low income families but only care to support those on government assistance because they get credit and tax benefits for helping them. If they have a family who, for example, loses an income and needs assistance they are told “you must pay or leave.” If you try to keep your kids there as long as possible and there isn’t enough in your account so the check bounces, beware. You could notify them this is imminent but that you can pay the balance in cash 2 days later. Their response? To turn it over to the DA long after the incident occurred. Meanwhile you’re left scrambling, trying to either pay the daycare or find out who to call at the DA office. After months of calling the DA and them saying they hadn’t received any such claim from the daycare you are at a loss.It wasn’t until a year+ later and after I’d been in a severe car wreck where my car crumpled to the windshield that I found out I had a bench warrant because of this daycare’s delayed actions. Their board of directors, all church members, have no empathy. They are now in a daycare that has a much better curriculum, facilities, and caring staff.I would NEVER recommend this run down and uncaring daycare to anyone.

Two of my children have attended here before K5 and loved it. I have my youngest child currently in their pre-K program and they all have loved their teachers and staff!
