always a great experience here! service is fast and super nice! always come out with great looking nails! they also don’t charge a small fortune to get your nails done!! definitely one of my favorite places to get my nails done!

Place was nice, but they insulted my thick nails. They also charged me 30$ for a nail polish color change 💔 I suggest going to the place in Montevallo 😢🤷🏽♀️

I went here for a pedicure, 2 weeks later, I have a fungal infection that has eaten half of my toenails and left me with severe damage. Do not go here.

I came in last week and got my nails dipped and a pedicure. I don’t have an issue with my nails or toes, what I do have an issue with is the fact that a nail broke over the weekend and i have stopped by &' called to try and get my nail fixed. The nail salon is closed &’ has been all week with not a sign on the door stating when they will reopen, the hours online haven’t changed, absolutely nothing.

I have been here multiple times and will be going back today for my pedicure before we go to the beach. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I don’t think people take in to consideration that the people who work here/own it, deal with attitudes all the time, deal with people acting ridiculous and people who are not sympathetic or empathetic. I saw a comment where the lady said she called to make an appointment and then came in 1-2 hours after the time she called BUT even I know they don’t take appointments and never have. They can estimate a wait time but nothing is guaranteed. Also take into consideration that if they close at, let’s say 8pm and they have 4 customers at 6:45/7pm. There’s no way they can keep taking customers because if they take 1 they’ll have to take another and another and they’d never be able to close. I was there one time and they thought they had enough time for me to get a pedicure so they told me they could take me but I sat for a good little while and even though they were close to closing, they still took me back and I told the gentleman to do it as quickly as he needed to so they could go. He didn’t even want to do it like that though. He did do it faster than normal but didn’t cut corners. His family was cleaning everything up but he took the time to explain why they were having to hurry and he didn’t even have to do that for real. They were going out of town and had to lock up and had some other family stuff going on. You never know what people are going through and one thing I’ve noticed is if someone doesn’t seem friendly, if someone doesn’t talk a lot, maybe there’s a reason so I just start the conversation and try to make them feel comfortable and I always have a good experience. I’ve had to work retail, customer service, fast food and waited tables growing up. I can speak from 1st hand experience that there are some people who are so hard to please, you can do everything right every single time but the 1 time you have a bad day…they put you on blast on Facebook or wherever else. The people who run this shop are great! I’ll be headed there in a little while to get my toes done again and I’m sure I’ll be leaving another review on how great it was because they really are great people!
Update! I went and had my toes done today by Trang and I had such a wonderful experience. I had to wait for a little while as they were really busy but once I got back and in a chair, I was relaxed, treated wonderfully and Trang didn’t get in any hurry! She truly pampered me and was so sweet! Everyone was very sweet!!
Requested style: I just wanted a pretty pink polish for my toes, no gel or anything. But my 2nd toe on both feet are crooked from wearing steel toed boots for all these years. I asked Trang to make it look the best she could and she didn’t disappoint at all! My toenail is still bent a little but it actually looks normal on my foot now! ☺️
Cleanliness: Everything is always super clean here and today was no different.
Stylist: The stylist was Trang. I was sure to get her name because she did an absolutely wonderful job!!!! She was so sweet and kind and laughed at my horrible jokes ?. She actually seemed to care when I was talking and engaged back with me but stayed very focused on what she was doing! I will always ask for her when I come back

I called ahead and made an appointment however when I walked in, they told me they were not taking any more customers. I proceeded to explain that I had called and made an appointment, and the girls reply was that they did not take appointments. I proceeded to show her where I had called their number which matched the number on their door But she did not care she said we aren’t seeing anyone else and walked off. I would not recommend that anyone visit this location. It’s one thing to overbook yourself, but it’s another to be rude and bald face lie. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would!

I was warned not to go here but it was the only nail shop with no wait. The gel nail polish started to chip off as SOON as i got home. All the gel polish was peeling by day 3. They are not welcoming and don’t listen when you try to explain what you want. The daughter who does nails was super sweet but the quality of the gel didn’t even last as long as normal nail polish. They moved my belongings with out permission and the older gentleman was rude. Never returning.

Will never be returning after yesterday.It was the last time I pay with my hard earned money for rude & poor quality service. I was made to feel in the wrong for asking for a different nail shape and a specific color on my nails. You walk in & they barely greet you, like they hate you came to give them your business. The father does your nails how he feels and not to your specifications. Poor customer service, rude, impatience, and rushed subpar nail work.
